I loved this episode. It's one of the moments from the manga that I couldn't wait until it got animated. In this episode we start to really learn what the Commission does. And it's so sad. Knowing that Hawks was Lady Nagant's replacement means that he probably had to do some not so heroic things for the Commission like she did. It makes certain lines from previous episodes hit so much harder. One of the lines comes from season 5 episode 2 I think. When Hawks is assigned the mission to infiltrate the League he says something like "You're offering it like I have a choice, even though you know I can't possibly refuse. That's just mean". He really doesn't have a choice. It's either get the job done or be punished. Like we saw when Nagant refused, the Commission Head threatened her own life. If you want to know more about the Commission and Hawks' feelings there is a chapter in one of the spinoff manga's, Team Up Missions, that goes in more depth. This does not effect the main storyline so it's not really spoilers, just extra information. Whenever I recommend this to someone I always preface it with that it has been a while since I have read it and all the details may not be fully correct. If anyone else has read it, feel free to correct me if there is misinformation. Anyway, from what I remember the chapter titled Hawk's Private Room or Hawks' Secret Room is about a room that Hawks goes to get away from the Commission. It is a small supply closet or break room and it is the only place where he has privacy. The Commission is always watching him and controls his life, even his off hours. And his apartment is not a home because it is from the Commission and a front to look good for the public.The little private room is where he goes to truly be alone and uses it to fully relax, cry, and get away from all the negativity the Commission and his handlers bring him. It is truly sad that from the moment the Commission got him as a kid that his life was completely controlled and his only pure joy comes from a tiny room.

It’s hard for me to say, i feel Deku and Shikamaru have so many similarities in their strategising skills, it’s so hard for me to really identify who is the better strategist.

I was leaning towards Shikamaru, I feel he could be a really cool mentor for Deku.
