Front-loading my coffee intake made a significant improvement to my sleep. This also changed over time; I used to be able to drink coffee after dinner and sleep fine but that's changed as I've gotten older.
Matthew Walker a sleep expert and great scientist agree with all of this.At least in his book.Thank you Kelly

No caffeine after lunch for me :( I have slow caffeine metabolism I guess, makes it much easier for my brain to shut off once I lay down though. I really love diet coke too D:

Starrett is right: you shouldn’t need exogenous stimulants or depressors to function normally. Of course it helps, but you shouldn’t be a train wreck without them.

I’m about 60 days from my last intake of THC and my sleep is soooo much better. First month was crazy due to wild dreams, but even so, the quality of sleep was better. My dreams have since evened out, more or less, and aren’t so crazy that they are waking me up all the time.
I haven't slept more than three hours a night for a year.
