I forgot to bring a sustainer for second half of moc 12 and ended up having topaz, ratio, ting yun and ruan mei in my team, the meme didn't even get to move or "kill" my characters
I can see that happening since when you go into 2nd phase he gives you back all your ults so you can combo them. He also took quite a bit of time to "kill" someone in the First Phase too.

I failed this moc, I only have seele, ratio and jingliu DX, ended up wasting 13 turns
