I really like this one! It's inspiring, and I could see it being the Byzantine anthem. Although I think I agree with iceman - it ends up feeling a little fast-paced in the second half.
Too fast it is supposed to drone that is why it is normally 7 minutes long. would be good but the notes are there and gone before you can appreciate them. Just my two cents.
Hey iceman, thanks for the feedback :). There is a much slower hymn version of this song up as part of "Voices of Byzantium". This version in particular is supposed to be more of a hypothetical national anthem for the Byzantine Empire :).
Hello! All I changed in this song from the original composition was the tempo :), if you find the sheet music for the hymn "Agni Parthene" the only adaptation you'll need to make is to speed it up as the original is akin to a slow drone.
I'm actually a big fan of this song. I like this version too. I normally hear the sacred version in church. I think this is more appropriate for a video game. Frankly, it may spark interest in the sacred version too. Games about intrigue and war don't need sacred overtones. Players may recognize it someplace else in the future. This happened with my brother and "Once to every Man and Nation" in Call of Duty.

Good job, it's angelic

Hello! This is awesome version, I'm in love with it. Is it possible to use in church choral performance? I'm a director of Orthodox Church choir.

Fittingly orchestral for a game😄.
If i wanted to use this in a video (not for profit) would you mind as long as i mentioned/credited/and linked your video/channel?
Sure! Long as it's not monetized and I'm credited go ahead.
Hahaha! Fit for Age of Empires 3!
