We definitely have challenging times ahead. I don't believe it's a matter of buyers choosing to enter the market so much as it is buyers affording to enter the market. We keep hearing about a housing crisis however I've believed all along we are dealing with an economic crisis that is masked under a housing crisis. Once we clear the economic challenges then we may see the housing crisis further exposed but with recent political developments, Canada has a long road ahead of us, and it will not be fun times for many.
