As I want to defuse the risk of ignorance in Italy, every time I speak with people who are aware they can't speak English, I try to diffuse a method I've been using lately: listening to at least one of your podcasts every day. A few days ago, though, my attempt to help a friend was misunderstood. She was defensive and replied: "Do you believe I'm not good at speaking English?" I simply told her that my intention was to help her improve, and she then apologised and admitted that she's been moody lately. It turned out that she subscribed not to one only, but to the complete course of Anna's website. She asked my input before subscribing, and of course, as a loyal student of Anna, my feedback about the course was positive.
Sorry, but now I'm going to hit the road! I have to juggle work and some errands. One of them is to get information about how to ship my personal things to Mallorca as we'll soon move there!
