I’m here now and it’s a fairly cold day in August 2024 and yet in the room it’s far too hot!!!…no air con and fans just blowing hot air…really want to leave and not stay another night & also WiFi is quite slow….apart from that lovely place but cannot recommend it…god knows what feels like when weather is like 27 & above…😢
Yeah we found that as well, the only room that was cool was the Arctic Explorers rooms at the Alton Towers hotel which has air con, the Splash landings, Woodland Lodge and CBeebies hotel rooms we stayed in just have fans
