The one presented during the Launching event was the tropical green which is somewhat different that the glacier white and interstellar grey. The tropical green has 2 tone while the other colours are similar tone as the RN9S. The Camera module for the Tropical green is different . You can check 1:33 in the video for the comparison.

Redmi Note 9 pro is good in performance. The back glass pattern looks gorgeous but a glass is a glass that could get scratches easily. So I ordered a full body screen protector from gadgetshieldz

Is the memory of your phone is enough to gather/install the MIUI 11? Because from my experience it has large amount of memory needed to update, like 800mb was the last update in my phone.. If the memory is enough try to ask for help in some group in fb that has the same model or unit as you. They might help you there or they may have experience the same thing as you have. If these ideas didn't work try to ask the customer service of xiaomi..

Xiaomi update it's phone even older ones as long as the hardware supports it. They don't update all at once like iPhone.

Honestly not in all aspect. Redmi Note 8 Pro is still slightly better in performance. The rest of the specs I would prefer the Redmi Note 9 Pro.
