Was searching UA-cam planning a few camp and fish days over the next few months and I found your channel. Great stuff! Love seeing local. Looking forward to more content. Cheers
Yeah I had people doing that to us with boats on the lower this summer when the silvers first came in. always watching your new videos great content take care
Lol…awesome shot on a flying duck….arent they supposed to be flying when you shoot? You live in a great spot. Congrats. 19:45. The fish are behind you on that inside seam
I forget how big that river is, looks amazing. I’m surprised you can’t hook fish with the plugs, we do really well on plugs all winter in our local rivers.
I never understood that down there, they have a boat and the whole river and they choose to crowd the bankies. Cool float rig you came up with. Thanks for the vid!
Dang, where do u live? I'm in restriction city California, I am pretty sure we cannot fish and shoot/hunt at the same time😅 that was wild!! In a good way! Looks like a beautiful and fun place to live! I'll be watching more of your videos, keep them coming!
Do you slow back drift plugs at all? Even anchored so plugs are held right in their face then every now and then peel back a couple feet of line. Here in Michigan when the water is in the high 30’s low 40’s it can be a hot bite, then when temps hit mid to upper 40’s is when drifting turns on. Yea we can still catch fish drifting jigs and eggs when the water is in the high 30’s but it seems they don’t want something moving fast and the plug that’s sitting in their face going no where just flat Pisses them off, lol man I love those aggression strikes. 😁
Are you fishing the Mercurial bead ? I purchased some to fish the Midwest . Love the concept but we fish 10mm and 8mm and having a hard time pegging them with their stoppers .
Nice content, but are you even wearing a life jacket...stay safe!!! Also, how do boaters respect bank fishers or do they have the right away on holes? Seems like many don't care and will fish the drift they want even if the bankers were there first...thoughts? THX
Amazing fishing video with good nature. Take care sir!!
Thank you.

Thank you. Welcome.
Excellent float tech tip. Thanks!
Give it a try. And thanks for watching.
Great video from Kingston WA
Thanks man.
Great experiences… beautiful river and feeding the eagles. How could anyone beat a day like that. 😊
And great weather. Last time down it was miserable. Thanks for watching. appreciate it.
Just found you ! Love this shit :) 1 million subs I predict ! Plus your fun
That'd be sweet. 😆
Looks like you're finally gaining some company down there
Yup.
Great video!
Thank you.
We lose cripples to eagles a few a year. I swear in the lower columbia they are attracted to the sound shotguns being fired.
They are opportunistic for sure. Thanks for watching.

Thanks. There's no reg or law that I am aware of requiring they be in-flight. Some perpetuate the myth it is illegal to shoot them on the water.

It can gonfrom almost a trickle at 2500cfs in the Summer to 15000cfs or more during winter. Thanks for watching. appreciate it

It works great. So far.

California has some beautiful places to fish and hunt. Thanks for watching.
Have eagles take my ducks all the time!!! Some of the lake I hunt they wait for the shot and show up as the ducks falling!
Pretty cool watching them watch us.
Instead of modifying floats, did you know that addicted fishing has the exact same design they have it in multiple colors and sizes
Buying floats would take all the fun out of modifying one. Thanks for watching.

I do, and did. But... it drives me crazy not doing anything. 😁 My ADD gets the better of.me. 🤣 Thanks for watching.

I find the red Beau Mac stoppers work better than the black one.
@@Northwestfishingfanatics thank you
How’s the toutle chocolate milk if the cowlitz is blue greenish
Banked that area for over 10 years now and I have never witnessed someone pulling plugs or whatever right there. A big 🤦♂️
Is that watercress??? Good stuff!

I try to give people the space I would want from them. but when it comes to this fishery it can get crowded and unpleasant. thanks for watching.
Dude you could just throw a plunk rod in that seam at your boat launch and you’d have luck forsure.
I know right!.
Besides trying to get lots of envy, do you ever catch fish? 😅😂🤣
Never. Not one of my videos have fish caught. Not a single one..friggin pathetic. Not in rivers. The ocean. Lakes. I just suck. :-)
How far from kelso are you fishing up the cowlitz
About 30 miles or so.
Thanks I appreciate it and really enjoy your show the energy and respect you have.
