hey there !! i was only gone for a hot minute but i miss making videos and sharing and interacting with you more than anything. this week caught me bit off guarded. I actually planned to have a glow up day - which was a bit too picture perfect. then i got to realize that real glow comes within and that's the most important thing.
I feel like we have to question every single belief we have since it changes without us even realizing and in order to stay connected and be compassionate with ourselves, we have to keep doing that reality check every often.
