9:30 Actually the term 'Filipinos' from the Spanish colonization era originally referred to full-blood Spaniards born in the Philippines (insulares), while full-blood born in Spain are called Spaniards (peninsulares). The native peoples weren't considered Filipinos because they didn't have Spanish blood (naturales, or indigenous). When the Americans took over in 1898 they referred to everyone in the Philippines as Filipinos.

when Henry Sy sr died, his inheritance was considered the biggest inheritance to be divided in SEA with 19B usd. when divided, the sy siblings are still in the top 10 richest individuals in the country. it's also good for them that Philippines doesn't have inheritance tax unlike korea with 50% inheritance tax that's why a lot of chaebols are preparing for succession illegally.
Nice lyn
Thank you!

I would assumed that Manny Villar is the most richest Filipino, if I heard it correctly!?
