- I finally got a run I liked enough to showcase. There definitely are improvements to make like when I chose the blessing curio over the scissors after the first plane boss.
Unironically Bronya becomes Jing Yuan’s best support (does NOT equal required) in Swarm Disaster because his ult and skill become his main damage sources over Lightning Lord. The bugs out speed LL so it’s unfortunate but the rest of Jing Yuan’s kit exists for a reason.
If I had gotten the 100% energy after making a kill Hunt blessing, I would have dumped Tingyun for Pela though.
But yeah I just wanted to showcase that Jing Yuan is good in Swarm Disaster and with Elation, his best path but the riskiest due to its lack of defensive options. He doesn’t need crazy investment- I know my Jing Yuan’s stats are good aside from the Crit but Swarm is really just about knowing which blessings to go for.

Screwllum will have the most useless blessings when you've got money to spare and the moment you are a bit short on cash he'll have that one blessing that can make or kill your run (Rememberance is cursed for me 4 runs in a row smelly scrotum had the dissasociation blessing i needed and I couldn't get it otherwise because of bad luck eff you golum)

Tingyun LC is pretty smart. I might need to copy that😆. Especially since i got that LC S5. I gave it to Asta to support my Hook. Why didnt i think of Tingyun for my Jingyuan.
I use Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds LC for my Tingyun but only S1.

Immediately after Fu Xuan’s release Luocha is nowhere to be found in any showcase I see.
I find her to be way more comfy than using Luocha due to her oneshot protection. I still use my Luocha with my Blade team but it's Fu Xuan with Jing Yuan all the way.
Although to be honest in terms of survival my Gepard does more or less about the same in everywhere but Swarm Disaster. I need a lot of Preservation blessings so my Geppie's shield doesn't pop instantly while Fu Xuan lets me get away with picking offensive blessings a lot more.
Although I personally prefer Fu Xuan over Luocha, overall I would say they're about even in terms of strength and utility. She doesn't have a cleanse (nor buff dispel) so things like Japa can screw with her, and she is SP neutral rather than possibly SP positive like Luocha. But she provides a lot of offensive utility while only at E1 does Luocha provide a measly 20% ATK, an already inflated stat from supports like Tingyun and Asta.
@@Tylting I think what screw's gepard over in Swarm is the insane speed of the enemies,even gepard with a fully optimized build may not be capable of keeping his shield up,so being capable of tanking damage for allies while also healing is much more secure in my opinion

Looks I should go with Elation Blade now lol. Abudance Blade got me through difficulty 5 but there's big rng on needing to get the 3 abundance 3* blessings otherwise you don't do damage at all
I'd personally still go with Abundance since it's extremely braindead and synergizes with Blade even if you're unlucky with not getting Dewdrop. Going Abundance also means a higher chance of getting Elation blessings as well for that douple dipping.

i have s5 landau choice for Fu xuan, should i use Texture of memories or stick with landau choice, if landau choice, what build would you recommend?
also what lc would u rec for tingyun?
If you have S5 Landau, I wouldn’t bother with Texture of Memories at all. It does help her activate Broken Keel easier and is slightly tankier than Landau I believe, but it’s not worth leveling it just for being slightly tankier.
You can reference my build in the video since I also have S5 Landau although mine isn’t perfect but survives anything in the game. 7000-8000 HP, 1.4-1.5K DEF or more, 30% Effect RES to activate Broken Keel (she gets 10% from Keel itself and some more from her traces), and the rest you can invest into Speed or whatever you want really.
She doesn’t really need Speed boots but I’ve seen other builds use them and hit 134 Speed while still having 7.5K+ HP or they hit 7.5K+ HP with HP boots and got to 134 Speed with substats alone.
Tingyun for Jing Yuan wants Planetary Rendevous or S5 Meshing Cogs/Memories of the Past. With Vonwacq and an ERR rope Tingyun can get her ult back in 3 turns, thereby giving Jing Yuan lots of energy and making her buff 100% uptime. But I don’t really have issues with buff uptime since I often play my Tingyun a bit SP negative, so I use Planetary Rendevous instead.

Good question.
It’s mostly because I want her ult buff duration to last a bit longer because Jing Yuan is more sensitive to buffs running out due to how LL works. However it does depend on the situation. I’ll instantly use it if I want to space out my Hackerspace set bonuses, I want his ult or skill to hit hard early, etc.
Do we need to level up elation to certain level in swarm? What level is your elation in pathsrider?
Mine is maxed out, but I was clearing Diff V well before I maxed it out. I would recommend grinding out the Pathstrider at lower difficulties before attempting harder ones if you're struggling.

My build can still be improved a lot, like her HP body and orb are godawful. But hey if it works, it works.

You might need gepard with atleast 3k+ def
fx give 10 crit rate. if u don't need that addition u can use gepard, luocha, bailu. anyway diff 4 is as long u pick the right blessing then u good to go
Yes, I’ve done runs with Luocha and Gepard in place of Fu Xuan. But other sustain options work fine as well. Just choose your blessings accordingly and if need be, use two sustains.
I use Fu Xuan because she’s the most comfy for Jing Yuan.
If you don't have Gepard. Bailu with "healing blast to all allies" will be good since her healing wave is random. And also her revive teammates will be useful since Jingyuan is squishy.
what causes the immediate dmg right at the start of every battle?
It's the level 7 Destruction Pathstrider buff.
After you've unlocked it, it will apply for the first 4 battles in the first plane but only if you cleared at least the first plane of a previous run.

How do your bronyas skill buffs last longer than one turn on E1(
? They don’t. Where in the video did it apply for more than one turn so I can clarify that for you? Or you might have gotten it confused with that 2* Propagation blessing I got that increases the team’s DMG% if their skill doesn’t do damage.

S1 is for lightcones meaning the supercomposition (not sure I typed it 100% correctly) of the lightcone is 1

It might have been Clear Lucite Body, but even without it my Fu Xuan doesn't usually die.

On Jing Yuan? Yeah sure. I’m not fond of Speed boots because you often use Asta with him as the second support with Tingyun, and especially not with Bronya.
I’d only recommend Speed boots if you’re planning on using Pela/Silver Wolf/Yukong with him instead of Asta/Bronya. But even then I personally haven’t found Speed boots to be that impactful.
Iirc the ideal build for Jing Yuan does involve Speed boots, which is like 3K ATK, 135-140 Speed, and 75/150-200 Crit ratio, but that’s nigh impossible for the majority of people to get.

Never happens. The hands he spawns are Lightning weak and Jing Yuan is Erudition (AoE) and has high break efficiency.
I can't beat the swarm disaster just because I don't have fu xuan
She's not necessary by any means. I saw a guy who cleared every single path on Difficulty V using a team of March/Fire MC/Serval/Natasha. All she does is allow you to get more leeway and pick more offensively rather than defensively. The other 5* sustains, or just sustains in general, can be enough to keep your team alive.
How much defense you need varies on the Path you're taking. I think Elation is too risky with a solo sustain that isn't a 5* because it has a severe lack in defensive utility that the other Paths have. It has no reliable CC like Remembrance, no thick shields like Destruction or Preservation, no reliable external healing like Abundance or Nihility, and it doesn't let you outspeed the bugs like Hunt or Propagation.
If you just want that first clear for the Jades, I would suggest Abundance, Remembrance, or Nihility. Abundance makes you nigh immortal and prevents you from getting Planetary Disruption stacks while letting you get as many blessings as you want. Remembrance lets you copy Reward domains to easily rack up strong blessings and its Freeze + Dissociation keeps you safe while dealing tons of damage. Nihility's Resonance does the work for you while its blessings reduce enemy ATK and give you energy and healing whenever they take DoT damage.
@@Tylting i used a UA-cam tutorial with nihility, I managed to get past difficulty IV with difficulty and then I just couldn't do it, I'm going to spend some time leveling up my characters. I even have 14000 stellar jades saved for jing liu with 100%, maybe I can get the cone and pass difficulty V more easily

That's the bonus effect of the Swarm skill tree. For the first 3 battle the enemies hp will drop down to 1 hp, no matter the domain (Unless its boss stage I think?) After that the enemies will be as usual. It is refreshable only if you finish the first plane i.e if you decide to do rerun without completing the first plane, you can't have this effect.
