I have a question regarding the first step. What is the rationale behind giving diuretics for a patients with low blood pressure (~90mmHg in your lecture)? Is it too risky? Thank you for your wonderful presentation.
Thank you for a thorough and wonderful answer Professor. Surprisingly, where I'm working, despite being a tertiary center at the country's biggest city, PAC or Swan is never really a thing! We have to make do with utilizing bedside ultrasound and heavy clinical judgement. Your lectures have been very helpful to me, especially the hemodynamic ones. Thank you! @@eliashanna8248
