Hats off to Hoop Intellect for sticking to his guns in rating Ron Holland so high. Majority of mocks had him as a fringe lottery choice, and he went on Nate Duncan podcast and said Ron Holland was a top prospect, despite potential embarrassment being way off. Instead, far from it, he was dead on. That's why I trust this channel as my main NBA draft source.
this draft is crazy. i never seena lottery with so many boom or bust guys. they all could be stars or huge bust. as a spurs fan im really excited 2 have 2 picks. i wanted topic all yr but now i want reed and then whoever slips to 8
I mean i just thought Holland should be top 5 or 6 all along. Don't get the hate. Volume scorer to a degree. So was Kuminga on the Ignite, these guys are 18 playing at a new level with a lot of guys at their peaks in their 20s. Otherwise, not much to not like, he's got talent athleticism, motor, skill, and upside.
Your "tier lists" where you place the ad break help me find where exactly you put a certain player when I scroll through. (I watched the full video yesterday, now I'm looking up the second round picks being selected). So that's cool. It's helpful.
Love it! Not afraid to shake things up and give an uncommon opinion. I'm all in on Holland and Rob Dillingham as well. Not much high upside talent in this draft so those who have it should be off the board early. Thanks for the best draft content again.
I know this isn't a mock draft, but it is impressive how much your ranges/tiers mirror what actually happened in the draft., particularly in the second round.
