Good Explanation, i have a question, if company A wants to Acquire Company B on the last day of the 1st year itself (only four director), but as we know the capacity of the board is 12 but Company A has to get more that 50% votes in favor (min 7directors), could you please explain how company A can acquire the support of majority after 1st year because only four directors seats have been filled in but for majority A need 7 seats.
