Funny how our techniques change as our detailing skills evolve.I would like to see a complete detail. Engine, trunk, door jams, exterior wash polish wax, windows ect. Excellent work.👍
I saw a detailer that has a channel here that left the door jambs dirty because the owner didn't ask for it to be done. I have never had to ask for mine to be cleaned.
As for your eco boost. First thing I would do is a oil catch can for pcv to intake. Then I would upgrade the turbo’s impeller with a tune. Then high flow exhaust will help it spool the turbos up faster and gain some boost in mid range. Also remove the surpressor rings from turbo charge pipe. Help air flow and you will hear them spin up better
Yeah I have been reading up on that and now with my tune from 5 star, it for sure needs to happen. My next step is a twin intake from aFe and then want to do catless downpipes. What AOS would you recommend?
Congratulations on the truck purchase. 😎 I have a 2021 RAM Laramie. I also have a 2007 Nissan Altima that I use for my work commute - we call it my city car.
Great job as always! Thanks for showing how you cleaned the headliner! You gave me courage to remove seats, but I’m not at the center console yet. Lol. 😅. Btw, have you ever broke any pieces of door or console trim? I snapped a clip off just getting the door accents out! 😮. Thanks again for all you do!
Love the mint shine. Even though I’m a little disappointed that I missed that promo with the free pet brush with purchase. I bought mint shine Friday and the promo launched Sunday… Lol! Still love my mint shine though.
When Ford introduced King Ranch in FSeries Super Duty lineup 20 years ago there interiors have always been comfortable amazing that maroon red is neat looking for 2008or 2013 F250 ur detailing @ Stauffer Garage.
Yes be very careful on these trucks, just walked outside one day after r picking up a cardboard box I noticed it poked through and I touch it and it just shredded away, was so brittle it just wanted to pull away like wet paper
Yeah, until you pull the headliner down. Remember, that glue isn't always sprayed on very thickly. I pulled a Mercedes headliner down, cost me $200 to have it re-glued.
Great video as always bro (Figuring out how to detail in the Columbus cold as we speak) Where did you find that steamer accessory tip you currently use for the Wagner?
It’s actually no accessory tip on it. Huts straight steamer. Idk what I’m going to do about the cold this year. Smaller stuff I can do in the garage but these big trucks clear my door by 1/2” so it’s next to impossible
Sorry to bug you, I love all your videos, and your very knowledgeable about detailing, I'm starting to purchase some of the products you recommend starting with 303 aerospace protectant. I am curious to know the reason why you chose the wagner steamer as oppose to others like the vx-5000 or the mcculloch? Is it quality? Psi? Steam volume? More parts? Heating time? Maybe make a video? Lol!
regarding the steamer... it was innie minnie mo lol. It crapped out on me and Im picking the next one up from harbor freight. Hear good things about them and they also have the warranty.
It's not a car in my opinion... It's civil four wheels tank that's how large it is. And i suppose it's fuel consumption has the same value as tank has.Typical American car for King of Rancho. And what the letter "W" on the forward seats and on the central box means? I suppose it's abbreviation- Wrangler. And as always thanks for your magic working process. I will be waiting for next series.
Why not do a rinseless wash? I’ve done it on my truck and my wife’s car quite a few times and the results are amazing, it’s quick can be done in ur garage with very minimal mess and I think would have made it so u could have done what I wanted to.
I’ve actually never looked into that stuff. Heard it works but wonder on a truck like this with caked on mud if it would really scratch it bad. Any suggestions?
@@StaufferGarage well I didn’t see too good what the exterior looked like but I have used it on my truck after not washing it for a month, not super muddy but covers in bird droppings, dust, road grime, tar, pollen. And it worked good . I put about 4gallons in a bucket with the proper dilution with about 7-8 microfibers folded into fourths. And put the same dilution in a pump sprayer or spray bottle, pre spray one or two panels at a time then grab a towel out of the bucket and start to wipe when one side gets dirty I flip to a new side, when the whole towel is dirty I toss it into an empty bucket and grab a new one and keep moving. My wife’s civic I pre spray the whole car and it takes 2-4 towels to wash in about 15-20 min depending on how dirty it is, wheels and tires I do last with one of my older hammered towels. The rag company did a rinsless wash test on a fairly muddy truck and didn’t have any issues with scratching and they were kind of rushing through it. I think it’s ok if it’s a thin layer of mud ( u can still see the color through the mud) but if it’s super thick caked on mud just hit it with a quick rinse with the pressure washer to get the thick stuff off then ur good to go for the rinseless. The rag company and Yvan Lacroix both have some good videos on rinseless washing and the does and don’ts, I use onr but plan to try p&s absolute when I run out, the nice thing with onr is u can put it in ur steamer at the same dilution as the rinseless and it will help keep the steamer internals clean and give a small boost to the cleaning power of the steam.

It's a shame they make such nice trucks for the US. My idea of 'work truck' is something like a Toyota hilux or Isuzu d-max Those are basic no frills no leather basic sound system trucks that are made to work. Also they are not sized like an actual truck because there are medium size overhead cabs flat bed trucks that do those jobs like the Isuzu sumo or Hino truck.
Hi I regularly watch your details and would love to get some of your stuff but I'm from the UK 🙄 is that just bad luck 😫 or will I be able to purchase stuff in the future 🤞
