The first four series of ITV Gladiators were pretty good, but Series 5, 6, and 7 were its low point (mainly because of a lot of Gladiators leaving due to injuries or scandals, John Fashanu temporarily leaving due to trouble with the law and being replaced by Jeremy Guscott, changing the Gladiators' costumes, and shit games like Catapult and Dogfight).
@@AdjisOutAndAbout I was more into Warrior, especially after his terrible knee injury on Atlaspheres in Series 1. As for the female glads, I did prefer Scorpio over Jet and Lightning.
@@AdjisOutAndAbout Also, the final series of the original run of Going for Gold AND the revivals that followed it removed the pan-European element, which was the main interesting gimmick of the show (This wasn't the BBC's fault, though - it was NBC's doing, as they bought out Super Channel and attempted to turn it into NBC Europe, which didn't work).
I absolutly despised "The Price Is Right". I liked Bruce Forsyth, but not after he hosted this maniacal, lunatic-asylum excuse for entertainment. The audience must have had electric shot treatment in their seats the,way they behaved. This tripe changed British TV for ever. Its where its whoop-whooping American style lunacy began, persisting in sussessors like The X-Factor and Britains Got Talent. Great channel, mate. Stay with us. Join us after the break...😂
My first entry was written before I came upon your No 1 choice. Gladiators!!! Youve got to be kidding!!! It wouldnt even make my Top 30. I think its the worst game show in history along with its doppleganger, Ninja Warrior. My no 1 gameshow is Family Fortunes, hosted by Bob Monkhouse. 2. The Chase 3. Bullseye 4. Golden Balls 5. Deal Or No Deal. Hosted by Noel Edmonds of course, NOT Steven Mulhern. (Sorry mate, the, relaunch last year flopped) Thanks for watching.
👌👌👌👌
Cheers man

True but Bruce was the king of the gameshow
@@AdjisOutAndAbout Yes, Play Your Cards Right and The Generation Game proved Brucie had the Common Touch with contestants in those shows.
