I keep everything that sparks joy...my closet is exploding. The problem is, I actually DO start wearing things I haven't worn in five years regularly again and if I had gotten rid of them I would have ended up buying something similar again. So if anything, I am saving money by just not buying clothes.
Masha'Allah I love how your videos are still fun even without background music. And I think how you fast forward through certain parts of your videos is a pretty creative substitute for music. Your videos are nice to watch because I don't have to mute it like I would have to do when watching other channels that has music in them. It's so refreshing.

I am a VERY new Revert and have already acquired 20+ scarves. They are all beautiful, but i had no idea that there were different types. The long ones are lovely, but honestly, do i need yards of fabric billowing behind as i walk the dog? Please consider doing a tutorial on all the different types of head scarves. Fortunately, i purchased a cipy of Color Me Beautiful decades ago, and i know I'm a "Summer" - like our pretty hostess. We look best in blues, pinks and purples. Our colors should have bluish undertones, not yellowish. The other perk to knowing our colors is that everything in our wardrobe is going to go well together and we dont waste money on pieces that clash.
Sam, do you know what your skin undertone is? Choosing the right color for your undertones will totally elevate your looks. I’m of a warm undertone so brown, olive, ivory and to name a few suit me yet I tend to select color carelessly. I guess you have a cool skin tone and pink is definitely one your best colors. You will also look stunning in ruby, emeralds or icy blue.

Nike is actually the name of a greek goddess and their logo symbolizes the wing of that goddess, so wearing it is considered by many a form of shirk (I'm not hating on anyone who wears it, just wanted to give people something to think about). That being said, I'm really happy that you don't support the brand from the ethical point of view either, and I appreciated seeing you getting rid of their hijab. Love you ❤️

There are so many brands that were inspired by Greek mythology that it’s almost unavoidable within today’s society, but no one even links the brand with its meaning and so in that there is no worship of anyone other than Allah; Starbucks, Versace, Dove, Amazon, Pandora, Maserati & Venus are just a few!
The way you just threw one of the hijabs to the side made me die with laughter sam😭🤣 but after watching this i got rid of so many hijabs that i wasn't wearing it was much needed! I love jersey I think that's my fav💕
I've been meaning to up my hijab collection since I have a limited number of hijabs that are long enough to actually cover me sufficiently. I'm gonna be taking on board your recommendations and also try and invest in more colours 💜
Omg I feel the SAME way about crinkle scarfs, they look like a mattress cover on me! & my absolute favorite jersey hijab is from “haute hijab” they’re SUPER long and the material lasts very long after washing it multiple times. It’s definitely worth the price.
I got the best Jersey hijabs but I asked them from Palestine. They are the best fabric no hot not slippery not itchy. The only problem with jersey is that you have to be very careful when you wash them. You don't want the fabric to look old not as chiffon that you can wash it as many times as you want and the fabric will remain the same. I started washing them by hand but when my collection got bigger now I put the washing machine in delicates and hang dry.

You know, it's a struggle to match your hijab to your outfit on a daily basis. 💀 I end up spending an hour seeing which hijab will be more suited to the outfit - thinking of buying more neutral colours bc you can't have _enough_ hijabs 😅

I hang my hijabs on curtain hangers, I only have maybe 10 hijabs total though so it doesn’t take up much space. You’d think I’d have more after 10 years of wearing hijab 😂 and out of those 10 hijabs I have 3 I really wear regularly.
I stop wearing hijab i only wear its front my boys or if I’m reading Quran but I only wear jilbab and I love black also I’m niqabi so I passed the stage of hijabs matching :) :)Like you said we Reverted have stages :)

Sam, do you know what your skin undertone is? Choosing the right color for your undertones will totally elevate your looks. Sister my hijabs used to go in an ikea organiser which hangs in your wardrobe, then the new ones used to go in a bag or a plastic box.
