    Ahhh this is exactly what I need! Step by step. Thanks so much! I’ve had my c-section incision opened 7 times including 3 babies and ending with a complete hysterectomy. I feel like my abs never had a chance to fully heal. Now I’m 10 years removed surgeries and 51 ready to fix and heal! Thank you very much!

    Wish I would have known this years ago..I've always been asked if I was pregnant.. thank you for walking me through this exercise it wasn't easy but I could feel something after the first and I feel like I have hope for my belly after all these years and I'm 59

    Thank you so much for posting this. I was just told by my NP that I had a severe case of diastasis recti, had no clue what that was until I came home and Googled it. I just went for my back pain, sciatica. I thought that this was going to be my normal belly, as it has been for almost 13 years. Now if I do this a few times a day, does this make the possible healing process quicker? I'll definitely be doing the beginner stage for a while, my back is killing me already 😆

    I had my son almost 4 years ago. And I been told by many older mom's that there's nothing you can do about the pooch of having a baby and it only gets worse. As you have more babies or get older. You need to accept it that's the way it is for now on.

      You could add weights ankle weights and dumbells . When she held the bear crawl she counted 10 but that was 7 seconds so just make sure you do it as long as possible. Caroline girvan has a 10 minute dead bug work out that you could do along side this one x

    Will it benefit doing them every day or are you best letting your body recover in between?

      @emmasichali8335 in my program, we do six days of these types of exercises and then one day of stretching/relaxation. I think it's good to give your body a rest.
