"It would take an actual wizards to fully understand the point it is trying to get across" well seeing Waver dialogue about Helena in her interlude then no an actual organisation full of wizards wasn't able to understand the point.
17:29 Honestly, I'm somewhat convinced that even Fujimaru... or even Emiya Shirou is more well versed than compared to Caster Corday and that the true Caster is actually Mr Angel.
I think Miyu's mom is a way too underrated character, not only is she the only certified boiler engineer in the entire Nasuverse but also represents an entire bloodline of genuinely kindhearted and good people, the idea of good people emerging from evil and evil emerging from good is pretty common in fiction so seeing pure hearted familial love persist for hundreds of years within a single family is both refreshing and touching, seeing Shirou pick up that torch and continue on with it is also very fitting and beautiful for his character No wonder Kaleid is considered peak Fate Also about the Dress of Heaven, i don't even remember it ever showing up in Zero lol i only remember Sella talking about it in HF when Illya demonstrated her magecraft to Shirou and then of course Illya showing up with it for the "good" ending
The philosophy of the Yellow Turban Rebellion is actually kinda fascinating - basically, the reason they picked the color Yellow wasn't out of convenience, but rather a symbolism as the Rebellion's leadership saw the "blue sky" of the Han dynasty as being the symbol of corruption and thus lacking the Mandate of Heaven (a *super* important philosophy in Chinese history that basically says that a dynasty is still holding the divine right to rule) and that they would replace it with a "yellow sky" in its place. The Yellow Sky beliefs are *really* close to what most people in the modern day would label as "socialist", with a heavy emphasis on private interests being severely curtailed to support the workers and laborers, as well as families who had lost their breadwinners in war (which there was a LOT of that happening at the time).
Okay...Okay. I knew about a good chuck about Andersen, but THAT I didn't know! I could be misremembering things, But with the timeline of Andersen's life, was that around the time when Charles Dicken's marriage was on the rocks, and Andersen just came over to his house not caring for the fact, which also lead to the famous time of Andersen crying in Charles's lawn over one bad review. LIKE-ANDRESN BRO You okay?
7:15 untill 7:27 Okay, first of all. That second part doesn't apply to me. Second of all: Ooooow, damn it hurts my pride being called out like that for the first part! XD
I think it's worth mentioning too that the Alice in Nursery Rhyme's bond CE is Alice from Fate/Extra, her original Master who she took the form of.
"Historically, a Magifender is a type of oni that doesn't exist"
What a line.
Up there with "little evidence to suggest that any of his magical claims were real"
"It would take an actual wizards to fully understand the point it is trying to get across" well seeing Waver dialogue about Helena in her interlude then no an actual organisation full of wizards wasn't able to understand the point.
