    I love the vegetable side dishes served in Japanese restaurants. The vegetables are always flavorful! Thank you for your recipe. This is such a unique way of preparing vegetables and I will definitely try this!

    Can I grill instead of deep fry? I prefer not to deep fry

    Perhaps broil the veggie in the oven instead of deep frying?

      100% agree.
      Of course the final result wont be exactly identical, but you avoid the unnecessary unhealthy oil.
