    Looks great. My daughter is a freshman in high school. We both love Japanese culture. She has been requesting my assistance to help with her Bento Box style lunches and we just bought our first tamago pan a couple of weeks ago. She loves the style egg for her lunches. I can't wait to try these variations

    I don't have a proper tamagoyaki pan, but I tend to use a small square pan to make it.

    How long does it keep? I feel like a whole roll would be too much for a bento. Do you keep the rest in the fridge for another day?

      youre probably thinking mirin, its some kind of cooking sake or a type of rice wine for cooking i believe

      Mirin is really sweet. If you cant find it, add a pinch of sugar to your eggs.
