Looks great. My daughter is a freshman in high school. We both love Japanese culture. She has been requesting my assistance to help with her Bento Box style lunches and we just bought our first tamago pan a couple of weeks ago. She loves the style egg for her lunches. I can't wait to try these variations

Nice work. Can make traditional Japanese spice mix with substitute please.
Buena!!!!
Do you add dashi stock in your mixture?
Already preordered mine 😁😁😁
I don't have a proper tamagoyaki pan, but I tend to use a small square pan to make it.
Congratulation on your book..
How long does it keep? I feel like a whole roll would be too much for a bento. Do you keep the rest in the fridge for another day?
I was hoping somebody would ask that. I had the same question.
I love tamagoyaki, if I wasn't moving soon I'd get a pan and make it like crazy lol
Hi, from Turkey! If we make it with flour we call it "mücver" ☺
Excuse me! What heat do you use because mine's brown too quickly and become tough :(
Your son is in my class for school
what is meeting?
youre probably thinking mirin, its some kind of cooking sake or a type of rice wine for cooking i believe
Mirin is really sweet. If you cant find it, add a pinch of sugar to your eggs.
