I am around the similar elo as Kaemi and I can't even lie ranked is taking years off my lifespan. I am doing everything in my power to make calls, communicate, fill whatever roles need to be filled, play the game properly, pick the proper agents for each map, consistently perform above average only to get unserious players on my team who don't do any of the things I mentioned and end up losing the same amount of rr as the people who actually try to win.
No riot does not assign you worse teammates than everyone else. You’re not special. If other people can be radiant with ‘bad teammates’, you can’t complain
