Every time I listen to this song I can just imagine how much energy there must be when the final part of Stockholm Syndrome plays. (If you listen to the actual track, that final part). I think it would be amazing to see them live. I wish oneday I can afford to see them live.
@@ianlenn5408 This one was still nearly as frenetic but so much more refined. Their playing was so much more polished here but without losing the edge.
SO ticked off! My dad promised me we were going to see them live once they toured again. And they're not coming anywhere near us. Closest place is 12 hours away. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo! These guys are freaking awesome! I want to see them so bad.
The solo on this version is absolutely mental, should be more highlighted. Matt completely joked with it, using harmonics and hammer-ons/pull-offs. Incredible musician.
"Stockholm Syndrome" I won't stand in your way Let your hatred grow And she'll scream And she'll shout And she'll pray And she had a name Yeah she had a name And I won't hold you back Let your anger rise And we'll fly And we'll fall And we'll burn No one will recall No one will recall This is the last time I'll abandon you And this is the last time I'll forget you I wish I could Look to the stars Let hope burn in your eyes And we'll love And we'll hate And we'll die All to no avail All to no avail This is the last time I'll abandon you And this is the last time I'll forget you I wish I could This is the last time I'll abandon you And this is the last time I'll forget you I wish I could I wish I coul
i somewhat agree. I think that one would be considered as the most "epic" performance. but I really love this Paris stage and Matt's improv guitar playin from 4:08 to 4:26 gave me chills
You can't expect a band to make music tailored to exactly how their fans want it, i for one really like the new album I think it's got some really rocking tracks on it
To all the weird comments: Saw them THIS monday, and they were absolutely awesome! So much energy, so much ROCK 15000 people rockin, screaming and jumping...just loving them......this is MUSE
i think they mean old muse as in absolution and prior muse. but what people hate is change. but in reality the only thing that STAYS the SAME is CHANGE. Musicians are people and their music reflects them. As we grow older we change as people and so does our music. but no matter how much the music changes we can still hear what makes muse, muse.
Je souhaite à chacun de pouvoir assister à un live de Muse. Si tu n’aimes pas… tu sors du concert en étant leur plus grand fan. Stade France, arènes de Nîmes, des souvenirs impérissables!
stage full with lights and screens, huge crowd, awesome performance and a video in the crappy resolution of 480p -just think how awesome muse would be in amazing 1080p...
no play back, no computer to fix his voice, no shitty dance.
just music, it's called talent and it's fucking amazing .

@@snitchy. That's what she said
Muse has always used playback lmao
arguably the best british band of the 21st century so far
zoned247 Well said, I cannot think of a better band since the turn of the century.
I totally agree with you 😉

I was there. The first concert of my life, unforgettable! La France vous aime!
MlleCyrinn luckiest peopleever live on this planet
Btw ur eyes is so beautiful
I'll proudly tell my son later with a tear in my eye: "I was at the Stade de France in 2010 when Muse came around."
Talk about going out there and just completely owning it. Hendrix would be proud of Bellamy.
I agree 😉
This reminds me so much of the HAARP performance - the vocals, the guitar tone, the clothes, the hairstyle. It's like a second chapter

2024 anyone? Still fresh🤟
How did Matt develop such feel of confidence and dominance on stage?
some people are just born with it
because of his talent/voice and band that plays great music!
Well, he has done a shit ton of shows.
Experience
***** hahahahahahha
By far the best live version of Stockholm Syndrome.
The Glastonbury 2004 performance was better, but tbh they're all great.
@@ianlenn5408 This one was still nearly as frenetic but so much more refined. Their playing was so much more polished here but without losing the edge.
@@ianlenn5408 the matt 's scream in rock am ring 2004 made it the best version of this song

This is one of the most beautiful lives I've seen them do for this song
they get soo into to it and that is why they are one of the best bands live along with u2
I love this song, it's f****** awesome, and this guitar is the most beautiful I want it XD
J'y étais! 2 soirs de suite! Dans la fosse puis dans les gradins!!!

I know! I wish I could go oneday
probably the best live performance of this song. and theres a lot of them.
Simply because watching Muse on a screen and watcing Muse in front of your eyes is not the same thing.
No HD? :-O

Thank you Muse for Stockholm Syndrome in Łódź Nov 23 12, that was absolutely phenomenal, let alone the whole gig. I hope to see you again:)
Stockholm Syndrome...
Best Song Ever!!!
Love Muse....
He's got the world record for most guitars wrecked on a single tour (Absolution tour). He usually smashes them over Dom's drums. Or Dom's face.
No les dicen "la mejor banda en vivo" por nada. ;)
Fêter la musique avec Muse, je peux mourir après ça.
*staring at screen with mouth open*
Fucking awesome! Pure, unadulterated MUSE!
Just raw emotion...
