I'm glad you started doing these trail videos. I was always under the impression windrock was mostly difficult trails. But it seems there are more moderate and easy than difficult.

Cool, me and my friends made it into your video intro... looks like when we were sliding our way off of trail 27 back in May. I wish we had gone up to the radar base, I didn't realize it was the highest point in the county. Keep up the good work, hope to come back to visit soon!
Good history. I always heard it was a theather also. But I do not know if it was or not. I know that first building in the curve down in the woods was the heat house where the boilers was.
I'm curious if you know what is being build at Petros by the Brushy Mountain Prison? The new building reminds me a lot of the Windrock store so I can't help but wonder if they are building a new trailhead fore the park.
@@charliedekoker1292 the answer is yes. Cross Mountain is the highest point in Anderson County, Tennessee, and the Cumberland Mountains. It's also the high point for Campbell County. The mountain's elevation is 3,534 feet and was the site of an Air Force radar installation during the Cold War.

I believe that will be the new office for their Campground that Brushy is building. Not a Windrock Project.
