Montero is my 1st choice because of the brand, but sometimes when I drove my friend's Montero 2nd gen and 3rd gen, I'm not satisfied enough because it has lesser torque than what my family owned MU-X. Montero parts are easy to het and in fact theres a lot of parts sellers outside the casa. Its one of the most reliable suv in the market because its easy to maintain and parts are abundant

Downside of this unit: Full headlight assembly replacement when Daytime Running Light is busted. 1 headlamp costs 39k. But of course you will replace both. I asked them to just disconnect the DRL wiring, but they don't do that !

I own a Toyota Hilux Revo 2018 na 4x4 and yes malakas po talaga ang Mitsubishi boss at parang hilux din yang strada napakatigas ng ilalim sobrang tibay at maaasahan lalo. sir i just bought a 2021 montero and the dealer advised me that i should press the start button twice and wait for the sound to turn off before turning the engine on. If I dont follow this it might damage the engine. Were you also briefed the same way?

I think it’s more of a driver error pero sa tingin ko may defect din sa design ng brake at gas pedal. parang magkapantay sya kaya susceptible sa error ng pagtapak mo
if you want reliability, go for the Montero. If you want more high tech features, go for Everest.. which one is more important to you will help you decide
sa Gen 2 lang nangyayari yun, dto sa Gen 3 2016 to 2022 model hindi na mangyayari kasi may brake override system ( anti SUA ) na sya, wala pa nmn nangyari sa mga Gen 3.
In my opinion, the montero sport is indeed the best suv you can get at the moment in the phillipines market. The design, features, specs, and reliability, mostly everything trump others in the competition.
@@gutadin5 I think Montero would be a better choice. Yes durability and reliability goes to Toyota, but Mitsubishi is not bad either. Also, Montero has more features and, based from reviews, Montero rides better. We have a fortuner and it is not bad, but if I were to buy an SUV Montero or Terra would be the one.

Wala po dapat ingay, check nyo kung saan nanggagaling..anong klaseng ingay..kung mga squecks lan, normal lang yun kasi brake system lang yun na stuck pag matagal naka park, pag uminit na, dapat wala na yun

The slight rubbing was controlled by heating the plastic underneath the fenders to push it back. There is no regulations in the Philippines regarding protruding tires.. in fact you can see a lot of modifications here.. as a sample look for “Autobot Autoworks Off-Road” facebook page as a sample of a shop here that do modifications

Maganda talaga ang montero sport or pajero sport sa australia. Pinili ko nmn ung top of the line exceed na pajero. Kasi proven the off-road dakar rally champion 18 times, which montero wala pa ito. Speed towing offroading tapos space mas maliit , mas maingay at matagdadag compared sa Pajero. Kung kapos me sa budget pwede ito. Pag sobrang may budget. Nissan patrol. Ganda review sir . Maganda emphasize din super select na 4wd nito. Walang wala yan sa ibang brands.
The only downside is yung pag fold ng third row seats. Medjo hassle. But overall, nice car. Fast car.

Confirming po that both vehicle are in sport mode when tested, as I understand a raptor in sport mode enabled has the feeling of warp acceleration, almost zero delay. At normal mode, yes it was somehow very boring to drive and delay in shifting is very dominant in exchange of fuel economy po. Gand na nga po pala price ng fuel today. 2016, 19-20₱ per liter, ngayon mag 100 na, times 4 na po ( ╹▽╹ ) kaway po pala sa mga mahilig mamasyal , Sana mag rollback na price 50% (◕ᴗ◕✿)

I think it’s more of a driver error pero sa tingin ko may defect din sa design ng brake at gas pedal. parang magkapantay sya kaya susceptible sa error ng pagtapak mo

sa Gen 2 lang nangyayari yun, dto sa Gen 3 2016 to 2022 model hindi na mangyayari kasi may brake override system ( anti SUA ) na sya, wala pa nmn nangyari sa mga Gen 3.

In my opinion, the montero sport is indeed the best suv you can get at the moment in the phillipines market. The design, features, specs, and reliability, mostly everything trump others in the competition.

@@gutadin5 I think Montero would be a better choice. Yes durability and reliability goes to Toyota, but Mitsubishi is not bad either. Also, Montero has more features and, based from reviews, Montero rides better. We have a fortuner and it is not bad, but if I were to buy an SUV Montero or Terra would be the one.

Wala po dapat ingay, check nyo kung saan nanggagaling..anong klaseng ingay..kung mga squecks lan, normal lang yun kasi brake system lang yun na stuck pag matagal naka park, pag uminit na, dapat wala na yun

I noticed that you had some rubbing on the front tires on the inner arch housing, have you managed to come up with a solution to stop it or are you not to concerned with it?
Btw, In the Philippines, are there any regulations in regards to the tires protruding outside of the vehicles arches?
I live in Australia and we have limitations enforced by local police :/

The slight rubbing was controlled by heating the plastic underneath the fenders to push it back. There is no regulations in the Philippines regarding protruding tires.. in fact you can see a lot of modifications here.. as a sample look for “Autobot Autoworks Off-Road” facebook page as a sample of a shop here that do modifications
