Wow, this resonates with me! I'm enjoying the quiet, the small town, the nice neighbors who keep to themselves and are also friendly when we see each other. A tiny Church community, friendly, social, and heading back to our own land. I LOVE it. I'd considered seriously remote. Like in the Rockies an hour from anything, where the passes close in the winter, limiting travel. But chose my farm in the middle instead. Two days drive to family except for the children and spouse. Now if only I could get the upgraded fences done!

Love seeing your progress! Thanks for sharing your adventures. I always keep a knife in my pocket these days. Seems like I always need something sharp during the day.

Good idea to freeze dry the kimchi, you could powder it and sell it as a spice.

Thank you! I’m obsessed with the new look! The new lids didn’t work out but thankfully we were able to get our old type of lids in the new size

I love the fiber! We were one of the first to get it in Douglas Co!

With the big jugs, upgrading the sink faucet may be helpful! In my home bakery I use large bowls & pans so I got a sprayer attachment for my 3bay, about $100 on Amazon.
QUESTION??? Are your jars from Arkansas Glass out of Jonesboro Arkansas, looks like the logo on the bottom.

It’s beyond amazing to have, we’ve had horrible rural internet almost the entire 6 years I’ve been doing UA-cam

They make food labels that dissolve in water that are fairly cheap, if you want another option for labeling your stuff without having to wipe off Sharpie

Was the fiber internet through your electric company? That happened for us a couple years ago, game changer!

I worked in operating theatres and the men with beards wore those nets, we called them beardkinis

The thermometer you were using; where did you get it, and what was the price, please. I enjoyed your “slow” week video. (Not so slow to me.) (?)

Are you going to make radish or turnip kimchee? I love them both!
