It's interesting, I used to listen to this and hybrid theory back to back like daily. Back then, literally every song was relatable to the trial and rough times I was going through. Now that I'm not a depressing mess anymore, it feels relieving to re-listen to these songs. It's like a reminder to myself to make better, wiser decisions so I don't ever have to be at that low of a level again. That, and these 2 albums are freaking awesome.
I remember having to get up at 4AM in the winter in the freezing cold to go to my shitty job and sweep the floors for 7 dollars an hour. I listened to this song on my way there. At least the car ride was enjoyable that day.

@@Goku_black582 You really don't. The Army promises so much, but almost never lives up to them. My father and my mother can attest to this. Not trying to stop you from doing what you want, but joining the Army has many dangers that oftentimes aren't talked about.

On the national guard and reserve side I've heard it's not nearly as bad or mentally degrading, but the military in general, especially the Army is most certainly not a path for everyone.
