Thank you for the information. Very well done and very helpful. Is there a way to add a business for transactions in bulk. I have 2,300 transactions that the previous accountant didn't specify which business it was for. My client has 3 businesses in one QB account.

From your videos, your an expert CPA. If we have multiple selling platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), do we need a separate IRS 1040 or schedule C for each of them when filing taxes?

No, they could consolidated into one schedule C (assuming you dont have a legal entity like a Corporation)
