I'm in the process (not closed) of purcahsing my first investment property (definitely influenced by you!!) but my bank is saying I should close in my personal and then transfer it to my LLC which I just formed yesterday...I'm about 2wks from closing...does this sound accurate?

Is it okay to have the spelling of your LLC company slightly different when registering with Department of revenue services and IRS? My LLC name includes special characters but DRS and IRS doesn’t allow it

Mark, If I open my first Operations Single member LLC with you in January 2021 to provide service "ABC"-...and things go very well so I then want to open up 2nd/unrelated operations LLC to provide another totally new service "DEF" in 2022 with you...Can I create a holding company at a later date say in 2023 to transfer LLCs/hold these two LLCs and any future operations LLCs? thx Rich
Yes. But that’s not how I would do it. Remember the goal is have all of these operational LLCs flow into an S-Corp. We’ll go over this with you in your consult when you set up the LLC. Also make sure to start mid December so your rolling Jan 1st. Please call the office at 435-586-9366 to set up a call. Note we’re out at least 2 weeks as well. Get on it early. Thanks. MJk
