Great reminder to celebrate what works for us individually, but not enforce our methods of productivity on other people.

Gretchen was truly a GENIUS in this interview. You were great too Chase! I believe I am an upholder and it was so cool to hear what that means and how we all have different needs, etc. I listened to this a few days ago on your Podcast and so much of it is still ringing true to me. Absolutely outstanding story and insights shared. Cheers!

Definitely going to have to ponder on the questions "Who do you envy" and "What do you hide". Interesting how I got to learn more about myself just by listening to this interview. Thank you. Great guest!

I need to ask myself these questions too. I also need to 'find' what it is I really want 'to do'. Its quite scary

Such a great interview! Gretchen has a great ease in speaking about these topics and is really engaging. I loved the questions: who do you envy? are you a marathoner or a sprinter? and knowing that finish lines are not good for habits makes so much sense. There is sometimes a big disappointment in reaching our goals, not realizing it's not the finish line, it's a milestone. I have changed a bunch of habits last year and they have stuck with them and it has made a big difference in my life. It's important to know yourself as much as you can and build yourself life around that.

Ooohhh interesting about the 4 type personalities! All about know thyself tools. My habit list is also a key thing i need to tick off, really happy i have been sticking to it since the start of the year! Gold. Thanks Chase and Gretchen.

Love Gretchen . . . great interview! I'm a rebel and I can attest to everything Gretchen suggests. Thanks SO MUCH for such great courses! Would Creative Live consider ditching the bottled water? If you were to clean the beach with me you would understand why I ask . . . thanks in advance for considering my request : )

Hello Chase , I like your programs . Just have few question tho about creativity , actually two . Don't you think creativity comes from the Creator and since we are created by him, the creator don't you think it is him who shows us our path ?... it is like making something and giving it to someone else who dose't have any idea what to do with it . Only the Creator dose !

Sooo. Went took the quiz and then did some more looking into my personality type. 100% rebel, the only part of me that gets frustrated is, I think I changed over time from when I was younger. I still have a desire to not let people down and please, but I also have a really strong rebel reaction in most circumstances. edit: Having a little theory I wonder if obligers can turn rebel. As chase says (write your script) I wonder if we have obliger tendencies that recoil when we are bending to social pressures. Once the snap happens, then becoming rebels once we have a chance to express and find our wants, goals, and dreams. Could some of that resistance comes from never wanting to find ourselves back in the situation of having our scripts written for us again. (everyone takes advantage of obligers, so it would make sense that we see everyone as a threat to our freedom to write our own script.)

For us rebels, Once you want something you become an obliger and once you don't, Or in your case, when you snap, you revert to being a rebel. Perhaps you went a long time doing what you wanted to do, or at-the very least believed that you wanted to, later you snapped and reverted back to being a rebel.
