Arnold: From Combat to Nursing Scrubs | BSN Degree Student

Arnold is a veteran, entrepreneur, cancer survivor, father and husband-he knew his heart was meant to serve others, this time as a BSN degree student.
After 16 years in the military, Arnold retired his military career and transitioned into business. His life changed again when he was diagnosed with vocal cancer. After the nursing care he experienced during his cancer battle, he was inspired to become a nursing student.
Nursing school appealed to Arnold not only because of the nursing care he received, but also because of the major impact he can leave on another person. Despite not having a nursing background, Rasmussen University assured him that his unique perspective will help him become a compassionate and hardworking male nurse.
