Sudiksha Thirumalesh's fight for life: 'We're here to ensure that justice is done'

The Christian Legal Centre is supporting the family of Sudiksha Thirumalesh as they seek to overturn Mrs Justice Roberts' ruling in August 2023 that labelled her desire "to die trying to live" as 'delusional'.
"I love the courts of law. But the truth is, we are in a system nonetheless that has ruled that Sudiksha did not have mental capacity when two psychiatric experts had ruled that she did. That has to be challenged, and that is why we're here," said Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of the Christian Legal Centre.
