We have a problem with our setup, we only get the top left section of the computer screen showing on out AV6 array. Have you any ideas how to solve that? Thanks in advance Ben
We ended up buying a video scaler. The MCTRL was outputting the full picture just too big for the screen to display. The scaler brought it down to a usable picture size, its a great product but very fiddly to set up right.
Very useful video, I'm on the learning stage yet. unfortunately i made changes in Receiving card settings and now card is not working, and I replaced the card. Please guide me how to fix that card again from settings.. thanks in advance

Which model did you buy ?
For me it's working with NovaStudio ... but I need to use with Arkaos Grnad VJ ... and NovaStudio is not compatible
I can't remember off the top of my head but i'll find out & come back to you. We use it with Resolume & that works well.
Laurent Sid you can scale it down in arkaos, output > custom resolution > set it to how many pixels across and how many down
