Been testing all the Xros stuff a lot and the new support def helps but it's still a little slow. More names helps with pieces and it has some really strong individual tools (Dorulu + Jaeger is insane imo) but it's still reliant on getting it's Xros's set up and by the time you get any combo your opponent probably has their big game ender on board too.
New Sparrow/Raptor I don't actually like for the deck much. It searches Blue flare as well which is nice for X7/EX6 but the inherit is just straight up worse than the old Sparrow and the trashed cards are hard to make use of without either facing a red deletion deck or teching in something like Nene. Starmon/ShootingStar I thought I wouldn't like either but the combo actually saved me a couple games and the -DP came up a lot more than the draw ever did.
New X5 is insane when you get set up. It can be played for free with all the pieces and if it dies in a sec check it can play out any of the warpers to go right into another swing with OmegaShoutmon, a stun with JaegerDorulu or a 10k partially immune blocker with AtlurBallista. If it *doesn't* die in a sec check you've got a 10k Reboot Blocker (which is why old Sparrowmon is better) that can float into another 10k blocker or a stun if it's deleted. It's been hard getting the ratios right to get these consistently but I'm getting closer

Thanks for sharing that info! I was wondering if the deck was still too slow, but I do think it has great potential especially the warpers.

Personally I believe that the new support is really strong as a toolbox deck that is akin to the Hunters strategy. Use the old variant as a base and supplement it with certain new cards in the deck to enable the ramp and aggression more often. A key play maker in the deck is the Sparrowmon into Raptorsparrowmon. That grants a huge swing in tempo that cannot be ignored. I also believe that focusing entirely on EX 6 is a mistake. It is a strong card but the deck should be altered so that it can play without it by using the Level 5s as a toolbox. Combine that with the lower powered Fusions and you can apply a ton of pressure early on while keeping the control elements that the new support has.

I also think focusing on just EX6 is a mistake as although powerful is much harder to assemble. But with this new support I do think there are at least four to five variations of the strategy you can build
