Winnebago is pricing this about $10,000 higher than it is worth. The value is whatever the market is willing to pay, but I feel there is much better value for $55K CAD.
@ well, I don’t doubt that. Years ago i had a 70’s trailer. There was a continuous sheet of aluminum between the tube steel chassis and floor framing. No gaps or holes for rodents to get in. Today, we get a c-channel frame with a corrugated plastic sheet (coroplast?) shoved haphazardly into the channel of the frame. Gaps everywhere, gobs of spray foam. Mice get in. Dumb. Otherwise it’s been a good rig, been cross-country twice-tows nice , no issues with the rest of the trailer
I have a 1706FB also and love it ! Tows like a dream and like the double axle . Have had no critters ! But yes trying to save weight and other trailers have little or no underbelly sealing !

Did you ever figure out the exact mattress dimensions?
I hate the way they ‘seal’ the underbody.
Crude is an understatement.

This is one of the better underbelly seals in the industry lol.
