My hair slowly receded over the years. Nothing drastic, just a slow steady loss to the point where I thought about shaving it, but then I didn't want to shave my head the rest of my life either. So I spent the 3900.00 dollars got got my hair back. It actually is fuller than I expected...I really enjoy it.

The question is what came first low testosterone or obesity? Do you think low testosterone causes Hi BMI or the Hi BMI cause the low testosterone? I used to think the same thing that people just needed to lose weight in their testosterone will go up but the fact is they lose weight and their testosterone does go up but it's still not optimal.

My doctor start me on testosterone. I have so many other health problems recently. Secondary to obesity. I was on cholesterol medication, blood pressure meds, diabetes, medicine prostate medicine. My BMI was just under 43. 10 months ago. I started a keto diet that became a carnivore diet and now I consider it a ketovore I also began exercising, working out with weights, mostly. In the beginning, I felt pretty terrible. I also stop all alcohol. My blood pressure is continuing to go. Higher pulse rate was never below 105. My doctor wants to start me on a fourth high blood pressure medicine I said nope something got to change and that’s me people ask what comes first obesity or low testosterone. What comes first is eating wrong and then obesity and every metabolical problem you could think of. I went from two hundred and ninety seven pounds to two hundred and two pounds now my original testosterone level was two thirty six. I had them re- tested two weeks ago and it is now six eighty six. 686.
I am not taking any testosterone replacement steel. I no longer take any blood pressure medicine. I stop two diabetes medication‘s. I stop my prostate medicine and I do not take anything for cholesterol anymore. I can’t tell you which came first low testosterone or obesity. I can tell you that with my BMI I brought around 29. My testosterone levels have increased just like the doctor is saying in this video. I will continue to eat as I am now a maybe every once in a while something I shouldn’t eat. But I feel really good and I understand now I don’t need 99% of the foods that are out there. My main focus was to get healthy not necessarily no weight. That being said, I’m getting healthy and losing weight.

Im taking the 75 xyosted after dropping down from 100mg and having a bit higher BP and needing occasional therapeutic phlebotomy however energy and weight were compromised. Wish there was a mid level like a 85mg. 58yrs old.

With the current state of affairs of the environment and how it’s affected our endocrine system - how many people have hypothyroidism-anyways all that environmental factor we need to supplement our aging bodies. More and more you get population is having low hormones and most of the time it doesn’t come back they need assistance with it for life it is what it is. As the same goes with women & menopause their hormones go away never to be seen again. Same follows with men.

Hey bro, my testosterone level is 240 ng/dl and I just started TRT with 200 mg every two week for 2 months and then the doctor would increase it to 400 mg every two weeks. My question is , is TRT with the dosage I mentioned is really beneficial with gaining muscles and losing weight?

That's a pretty bad protocol. Huge spikes then drops. The half life of testosterone injections is about 7.5 days. See if doc would allow you to split the dose into 100mg/week at least. It'd be better to pin 50mg once every 3.5 days.
400mg every 2 weeks is too high.

You should be dosing 1-2x per week. 50mg-150mg each dose depending on where you’re at on things.

Very important part of the dosing. In TBI patients we are seeing their CYP450 being impaired and they clear the drug super quickly. And the PDR doesnt help doctors at all. And also doctors arent even trained to look at Free Test. The top docs are seeing 30-60ngdl free test is where the experts are seeing symptom resolution. And our highest safest doses we have tested are 650mg so all of this nonsense of bodybuilding doses and supra-physiologic is silly. Dr Tom Travisions studies were on 1-3k people so you cant even apply the range to individuals..
