You don't need to register. You can walk in directly. You just need to complete 2 doses of vaccine and show ur vaccination certificate at the entry

Adults are vaccinated they can enter but what about the children's who are below 18 years what is necessary for kids

You need to carry their valid photo ID for children below 18 years. I think Passport or Aadhar card should be okay
