I always really appreciate your videos about the Hobby Lobby florals. I get so overwhelmed when I go in there and your videos really give me some direction!
I love your choice in stems! I have gone to Hobby Lobby and puchased some stems myself. But then I bring them home and sounds silly, struggle with arranging them. Would love a beginner 101 video on styling :)
You’re not alone in that struggle, I’m still learning too! 😉 but I'd love to do a video dedicated to sharing my personal tips and tricks for this. Hi; just discovered your channel. Love all the pieces you purchased. While I love Hobby Lobby, the "every other week" on their sales can be so frustrating and sometimes disappointing. I've learned my lesson in the past when I've found floral stems or a piece of wall art that I really like; however, that week the item is not on sale. I now buy the item(s) anyway and I go back the following week and get a price adjustment. This way I don't miss out on the item(s) and I ensure I get what I really wanted. Especially if I return for a sale and now they only a few of a particular floral stem left (when I needed, say, 5 stems) or the wall art I really wanted is now sold out since they typically stock only 2 or 3 of a print, etc. So, again, rather than running around to other Hobby Lobby stores to find an item that's now on sale, I just go back and get the price adjustment. I believe there's only a 2 week window to get a price adjustment; however, that's usually the timeframe where it'll be on sale. NOTE: you do have to bring your "full price" item back with your receipt to get a price adjustment.
Love your videos! One important thing to do when you buy stems is to check that each stem is full/complete. Sometimes they are missing some of the leaves or buds. Just go through the bin to find the best ones.
Yes, you are absolutely right! It's a good idea to do a little quality control when you are shopping for stems.

I loved the pictures you got. So pretty. The stems you showcased and bought were so pretty. I have so many stems but my problem when do I use a certain stem? I know it sound nuts but its true. Great video. I cant wait to see how you style all of your new items. ❤😊
Thank you! I know what you mean, it's hard to know when to use the perfect stems! I usually look to nature and try to mimic what's blooming outside in my home for that particular time of year. I'm excited to style them too!

Another rule of thumb for faux florals, from a pro, is that you always use only the colors that the flowers grow in in nature. Like no blue daisies or black magnolias……
Yes, this makes so much sense! I almost always stick to this rule. I'm not going to lie, I was truly hoping that black magnolias were a thing 😂
