nice trophy. I'm still waiting for my perch and frog to complete the challenge at Mosquito and perch, chub and white bream at Winding Rivulet. Really had no luck for weeks already 😆
A new video!!! Great as always. By the way I would use the pyramid sinkers in belaya they are better for fast moving rivers because the tip of the pyramid jams itself in the rocks at the bottom keeping the bait in place. Only use the sinker on the fast side of belaya though. Also I got a 34kg grass carp on my hsv it was a fight but the hsv is really a beast sometimes. And gratz on the trophy! I would also keep the skill points or maybe put them in carp rigs best ones to put them into are classic hair and pop up. And dont spend skill points on stupid things as you only get 1 free reset. For bottom fishing I would put most points into loop and basic bottom because the other rigs arent as good.
@@NorlingGaming Thankyou gz on your grass carp! And I'm the guy that asked you to go burbot fishing on winding thankyou for fulfilling my wish once again. Idk why but eel and burbot fishing is so cool in my opinion. Maybe because I want to catch both irl.
Sup man been a while, been at work in-game recently, got a couple of water body records at winding for bleak and chub, all in the tele section, got a new ML rod and saving up for a new reel for it, good luck and keep up the good work
if fish aren't biting during the night ruffe are always biting up north(same spot is bleak). where i get most cafe orders! ive grinded from 14-22 here easy money with the striker 2/18. lots of bites trout greyling early morning. ail the tools minus the lures and got nearly all my rods and reals with only the light 400$ (28$ rod) setup upgrade your bottom rods here
Maxing out groundbait before you start making any is a good move, it will save you a lot of silver long term (from not making low quality gb), and good quality GB will help a lot with catching trophies on bottom and float setups. You get sent a lot of bait, so bait harvesting is a bit less important immediately, but still useful later on when you want to harvest gold baits.
@@NorlingGaming I would only put it into the rigs that you know you will use the most, and that you will use soon, not ten levels down the line. You will have more points for that later. For bottom, loop rig seems to be the most popular non-boilie/pellet rig, and works well everywhere, but again don't spend points if you aren't farming/trophy hunting fish that like the loop rig. For carp fishing, the meta is to put points at least into the three 'essential' rigs: classic hair (the most versatile boilie/pellet rig which is good for a lot more than carp), simple pop-up rig, and snowman rig. There are alternatives to the simple pop up, such as hinged stiff rig,, but the simple one is the most popular simply because everyone assumes it's the most generic one. Other 'essential' rigs for bottom, at higher levels, include stuff like live bait rig, because that's normally used for things like Belaboritsa Whitefish and Sturgeon trophies. For groundbait, I used spod (spod rod shares points with carp rods and marker rod), until I unlocked PVA, and didn't use any method rigs. Uses less points overall and probably more effective long term. I didn't focus on float, but I did temporarily put some points into match rods and match hair rigs because I loved carp fishing (now I took my points out and focused on sea fishing). Spinning can use a lot of points, there are so many rigs and a few reel types. Baitcasting has the best UL setups, but maybe you aren't interested in that kind of challenge/competition play. Baitcasting is also great for trolling and sometimes spinning, but outside of UL, it has kind of been made redundant by conventional reels, which although more expensive, have a much much higher line capacity, and some have a gear ratio switch to help with very heavy fish. So you might want to consider skipping baitcasting if you plan on getting heavily into marine fishing, and also if you are the type of player who doesn't mind the very long grind that will come with saving for good conventional reels. 'essential' spinning rigs for trophy hunting include: spinners, spoons, wobblers, either texas/carolina rig, and basic jigging rig. I've probably forgotten a few, but those are all major players until the end game. Actually, having 100% skill with a particular type of fishing, gives a bigger boost to your catch than having three points in the rig you are using, but of course every little bit helps. You are maxed out for fish spawning luck when you are using a rod that gives you a boost to your rig (if available), 3 points in the rig, 10/10 groundbait if applicable, or a 10/10 lure, 5-star hook at the upper range of the ideal for your target, and a leader type and strength that's matched to your target and not too high above. Those are the factors that you can control with gear choices.
