This house was once called "The Cliff House". It's a historic building. Fantastic location but very cramped interiors spaces. Beautiful pool on sea edge and large greenhouses on cliff. Very elegant, but you feel cramped and pushed against the cliff.
The house is so cosy and warm and all these amazingly handsome umbrella pines make the setting so heavenly pretty !

How much? I agree with the comment about it being too cramped,rooms too many and too small but nice position and nice pool.
I think it sold for 22.000.000€ / Twenty-two million Euros.
Not a good sign when there is no price quoted...We like to watch but we also like to have a clue as to what we are looking at. Do not be afraid of your asking price ! it makes you appear greedy !!!!!

Trop d’escaliers .....pas de jardins , pas de piscine , 9 ans en vente ,pas finit .......
J'ai horreur de ces pièces remplit de meubles inutiles à l'ancienne ont et en 2021 moi je fou tous à la poubelle surtout la cuisine j'explose les mûr tellement ces sombres et comme ont et à canne je fait appel à l'entreprise Faoma en Italie pour venir faire les travaux et surtout la décorations et faire de mon cadre de vie un endroits technologique comme l'époque le demande 😂😂😂😂😎😎😎😎🔫
