That was a reference to when Jesus rebuked the pharisees for seeing the signs in the weather but not being able to recognize the spiritual season and notice the Messiah was in their midst. It is a Rebuke for not recognizing what God is saying or doing in a season. So America and the church need to be aware of the weather and what the Lord is saying and doing. Hence the reference to the earth trevailing in response to man's sin and America's sin and rebellion and our need to repent as a nation. Rain is associated with purifying the land. Taking NT prophecies that apply to the 1st century and imposing them on our future is faulty, irreponsible teaching. If the pastor believes this, it wasn't the Holy Ghost that told him.
The USA may indeed be headed for judgement and rightly so, but the end of America does no herald the last days or the end of history.

We can pray for you to stop sinning till the cows come home and it would do no good, until you get saved and delivered. And you will when desperate enough. Not being mean here, just honest and truth is what we need. Once you do that, all the rest you ask for will come. God CANNOT bless sin. And sin will keep your body sick and diseased. I pray you get right with God and give it all to him. Your the ONLY one who can do that and only one who can stop yourself from sinning. We cannot. It's a choice and it's all yours.
Build an altar to God and you'll have everything you're asking for. God bless you.
