Like legitimately I believe that it's something that anyone with good memory could probably do. Idk though maybe I'm wrong, haven't really thought about it so I don't know nothing.

Could be a savant if he has no training but there are techniques you can learn and practice to do this kind of thing. And I mean this is really cool but the only thing he took from the song I can hear is the chord progression

He is ultra talented, but, can he write songs that will draw people the way he can do covers? Covers are relatively easy to do. Most of the work has already been done for you. This is not a knock on his ability. There are tons of really talented musicians who cannot write a decent song to save their lives. He sounds like he should be able to, but I do not know.
I totally agree. Plays a mean guitar and sings, and writes his own music nothing left but a record deal.
It's easy for a big name to fill an arena. But for a local (big youtuber) to pull crowds like this is a different kind of feat
