Thank for the info! it wont upgrade because the build of windows is older than this tool can function. Please update windows and try again. However, windows wont update (probably because it wont function with current version of teams on the lenovo hub 500??) So do you have a tip here?
@@HKTrickZz well, I returned to the vendor and got a newer version. If that is not an option, I would manually try remove teams app - > update hub - > reinstall teams. However, I have not tested it.
Thanks for this video. One quick question. In this scenario due to network restrictions you update Teams manually. Once it has been installed, how would you solve the Windows updates to match that specific version of Teams manually installed?
I usually don't since Windows update will handle this for us. The MTR app sets a registry value blocking Windows update from updating to an unsupported Windows version. If we don't have access to Windows update on the network due to for example firewall restrictions, we will need to handle this manually.
I reset the yealink MTR system. I have lost the MTR application with it. My device now loads straight to windows. I used the microsoft link to reinstall the Teams application but I keep getting windows version is not supported. Is there anywhere where I can find older MTR version.

Did you solve this? I've reimaged my Yealink MTR with their image but it loads straight to windows with no MTR or Yealink applications on it.
