- Special video for LoouLost who sent me some incredibly awesome images for my videos and who requested this : Popcorn cover, from Muse ! I started covering this track a while ago, so it didn't take me too much time.
Of course, this picture is from LoouLost. You certainly guessed I didn't make it anyway...
My Soundcloud : / florio003
I hope you like it !
Oh, and this one fits more the live from Taratata than the B-side of the Resistance single.
Follow me on Twitter @Florio003 !
This is so fitting for Zelda. Feels like an overworld theme.

Well, yes the "original" is kind of 8-bitty as you all say, but the live version is with a real electric guitar, a real bass, and most of all a real drum kit (by the way, the work of Dom is quite incredible and I did my best to 8-bittify it), so here =p Anyway, it was a request I couldn't ignore.
And thanks everyone !
what 2010 florio003
i feel soooo OLD , when i see/hear a cover to a cover that has went back too it original form....bit wierd tho
What, by Hot Butter?
I thought the original song was already played at 8 bit.
That is genius and epic all in one picture.
Honestly, this kinda sounds normal XD But of the 45 remixes of this song Muse's original one and yours are by far the best!!!
this picture is great, also, thanks for doing all your 8-bit work, florio :)
I absolutely love these 8-Bit versions of Muse songs you do. I always play these when I feel all retro and decide to play my old GBA Advance. XD
This isn't a muse song
link in the resistance 8 bit a tribute
That piece of art is bloody brilliant.
Music's not bad either ;D
this is coolest song i have ever listened :D

Nice 8-bit cover! Sounds soooo awesome. Oh and the pic is WIN! I give my props to LoouLost! Link and the Triforce were made for being on the cover, lol.
OMG! These videos always make me so happy! Thanks for uploading :D
EPIC TUNE!!!
LouLost did a great job with the picture! :D
especially since Link and the Tri-Force are on there! XD
@Kaffeebaum As a kid I played a game called Digger with a tune like this in it. Today someone told me the original is a 1969 piece by Gershon Kingsley =)
Haha back to the basics! :) By the way I've just uploaded some of your incredible 8-bits at our university database so even more people can listen to them during breaks! :D
Brilliant Florio!
THIS IS AWESOME!
the awesomnesssss!!! -brain melts-
This is amazing.
holy shit.
too much awesome, i can't take it!
Making an 8-bit version out of an 8-bit song. Fantastisch!

Gershon Kingsley - Popcorn (1969)
This is my song.

Hell Yeah Florio003
wow!
8 bit for the win!
That's amaziiiing :D I
@bigdonkey14 I changed the download link cause in the first one, the file didn't have the tags "Artist", "Album", etc...
You'll be happy to know that LoouLost made an 8-bit version for all of the albums =p But the images will come up along with the covers so you'll have to wait a little !
MUSE play Popcorn!? I had no idea :DDD
I googled and found that they played it at Teignmouth. Is there a recording of the whole gig I wonder.
@Jarstlord Haha thanks, any form of publicity is good ! =p
awesome
sounds actually like the first one
can you bittify the osaka jam?
the download link sees to have been deleted.
also, we need an 8-bit version for all of the albums now. i've been using the MUSE written in tetris blocks for everything for ages.
I think I'll upload a pack with all the pictures used in my videos pretty soon (Monday I think), so check out my messages on my channel !
@Florio003 well we need download links for them too :P
If muse release an iPhone game I can so imagine this being used
yeah in 1983 "digger" it's pretty much 8 bit :D
@HuginnG yes
sounds like a man marching after the battle was won
muse the b slides furure
Yes probably nearly all of the viewers...
can i have the photo of the cover please
Stage theme
Omg sounds like kirby
hey, wasn't popcorn already an 8-bit?
mini game
uhm yeah, but they did a great cover
does anybody here actually know muse's one is not the original?
240p for REAL men.
@HuginnG /watch?v=GOzzRuJpV-8
This is closer to 16bit. It is too smooth for 8 bit music and its is pretty much the original track, not the muse cover. Still enjoyable.
Muse made this? really?
This is a cover of Muse's cover of Popcorn.
Hahahaha, isn't this kind of redundant? An 8-bit version of a song that was originally on crappy old synths anyway? A retro cover of a modern cover of a song that was already retro before Muse got their hands on it?
What I'm saying is, couldn't you just go and listen to the original version?
PS. do Map of your Head.
