Because you have friends in-game 😂. I love the boy band dynamic of the party. They really should've kept the attack on Insomnia in-game instead of making it a movie. God that would've been super cool. FFXV despite the hate, I consider one of my favourite final fantasy games.
Chapter 13 and episode prompto made me feel alone. Anyway, great FF game. Too bad they cut so much content from the game and told parts of the story through other media (movie, novels, anime).
to this day i believe FFXV has by far the most realistic looking night time. In every other open world game, night is bright enough to see, as to continue playing the game, but in FFXV they make it real life dark, a bunch of strong enemies come out, and all you have is your flashlight. Early game night time in FFXV is thrilling
In terms of lighting and global illumination, this game still looks better than most current gen games. And lets not forget about those character models and animations.
@@piotrlisowski2012 Unreal engine was never that good when it comes to open world games. Rebirth is one of the best games of the last 10 years so I think we can forgive them for having slightly worse graphics and tech than XV(in some areas)

Prov was one button holding terrible combat and non existent builds talents skills .you had one ability quickslot fs and that's it .basically a wasted opportunity .combat . Open world questing talent tree all was bad and dumped down .they could have made this game epic

Small detail but I've always liked Noctis' running animation. The way his legs and feet interact with the ground with each step feels like there's real weight to it.
The last segment of the game didn't feel super impactful as other FFs for me, but damn is it still a gorgeous game. More fun exploring the area than doing the story.
Doubt it only looks like that on a riny phone with high resolution. All games look like that then you get on your pc downlaod it and it looks like a potato on a large monitor with good pc and high res screen. All games look good to me on my phone then in game usually are very disappointing

I used to farm this mob for a whole day because the selling price is really high, then i maxed out the money and buy all the things to the point that i'm so OP and breeze through the entire game after lol. Totally worth it.
I’m really not excited for the medieval setting since elden ring is probably still gonna remain as THE medieval action jrpg and other gams wouldn’t really be that much interesting

I just love chilling on this game, letting Iggy drive, fishing in Galdin Quay, cooking at camp. But I hate the frog sidequests, the confusing dungeons (even if they're necessary), and the fact that parts of the map isn't accessible. But I still love this game.
Nice gameplay. Watching this after the FFXVI Pax East presentation. The movement particularly running and turning animations of the characters in 15 had somewhat slightly more liveliness or fluidity of actions than what I have seen of Clive and others in the 16 short gameplay, so far.

Wasn’t a fan how you couldn’t play after you finish the game, but it makes you want to come back. I’ve played this game to many times, my favorite ff game
2:39 I LOVE that blind side link so much. its a shame that after chapter 10 for some reason, some blindside links are impossible to perform again... even after uneqiuping secondary weapons off allies...
That's weird only ignis doesn't perform link strike on 2nd half, I finished off ravus boss mostly with blindside links Link strike won't work on royal weapons & any daggers so maybe try swords.

(although when noctis wakes up from his 10 year slumber, ignis will be able to link.strike again) but im talking about SOME specific link strikes that are impossible to perform after chapter 10 with all characters.. some links from prompto, gladio, and ignis cant be performed anymore after chapter 10. also link strikes can only be performed when noctis is wielding a sword, greatsword, or spear. thats it. unless you have iris in your party, for some reason you can link strike with daggers and royal arms with her.
Pretty sure it’s because the link strikes are based on the characters at those moments in time. They’re older and more refined so they don’t do all the over the top reactions
This game was so well made. Despite the shortcomings in the later half of the game it was still really fun, characters were awesome, and the story was still cool
Ff 15 shows a new Era. The Astral Era ends as show in the Assassins creed game ending scene. The sun burns down on the world bringing another Era of Mythological time, when the Gods like Raw and Zeus came to History.

I know! Not only gameplay wise with the full dlcs but also surprisingly graphics wise. I recently played on pc and the graphics there are on a another level!
I remember fighting a bunch of Garula's, then a Magitek transport attacked, then so Voretooths attacked, then it was night time and an Iron Giant and other demons attacked, THEN another magitek engine attacked. That was just one fight.
I have some faint memories of this game. I vividly remember how I was so hooked at the beginning and was mind-blown at how good the food looked and the amazing OST. But I never could bring myself to finish it; something about it changed halfway and made it... boring. I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I hope I can bring myself to playing it until the end one day.
I still remember the first time i cast the blizzard skill while playing on a 4K tv. I was mind blown by the graphics. Why does this look better than Rebirth?

People expected it to be something truly amazing and it just missed the mark in a lot of ways. It’s much more of a disappointing game than it is a bad game. If you weren’t around for the initial hype then you should be fine. It’s still a fun game.
It’s easily my most played and replayed final fantasy. I plan on running through another new game plus before starting xvi even though there is no connection between the games lol
only game ive platted and man do i miss playing it, countless hours, only thing i didnt do in the game was the very last dungeon where you cant use items
I completed those dungeons. Multiple times. That's where I truly learnt how the battle system actually works in this game. Before that I was playing like an idiot, spamming attacks and keeping a unending supply of elixirs and megaelixirs. This game gets a lot more fun once you realize how deep the combo system goes.
I totally agree with you on the battle system, I have only recently found out how fun that is. I just love how the game allows you to control each character!
@@XianaDuke Asetoni_FFXV has some really detailed video guides on individual weapon combos, air combo extenders and breaking the damage limit. You might find very interesting stuff in his videos.
Yes I also played on lite mode, it seems like the developers limited the fps to 30 on modes other than lite so even though the new gen can handle 60 plus fps its just limited in game. Thank you for checking out my video and channel! Hope you subscribe!
@@XianaDuke Cool thought so. Performance mode was even more beautiful but a bit jittery. Playing ff7 remake with 60fps is a dream to play. Also if you haven't tried it yet the last of us 2 has 60fps option, amazing to play. Sure will do :)
To this day we still haven't locked down whoever was responsible for forcing this game to be cut so horrendously. It could have been magnifieient. Even as a broken mess it was still hella funny, incredibly beautiful and quite long too..
I think the director wanted to meet the expectations of Versus XIII so he tried to make the FFXV Universe with the movie, anime and game all being a multimedia experience. That and they were still working on the Luminous engine. But it ended up hurting the game’s development.
Ff 15 shows what happen after the Dinosours went instinct. Lucis is Tokio Japan. The Flintstones from bed rock are the Lucians. Are people to blind to not understand History.
On Lite mode its 1080p 60fps High is Dynamic 4K 30fps. If I get the game I'll go with 4k because Anything sub 1440p looks bad on 4K TVs. For XSX and i assume the same applies to PS5.
On a 4k tv Graphical wise lite mode looks AMAZING, I found playing on high graphics mode on a 4k tv weird for graphics and it had some graphical glitches along with the 30fps cap.
i played the game for 150 hours and deleted it. I downloaded it again today, all my save files are gone. It's ridiculous, what should I do? can anyone solve it?
@@denizcalsganer2447 On PS5, the file is saved even after deleting the game. However there are a few older game models (like the remastered vers. of Loco Roco & Patapon on ps5) that dont do this. Perhaps the ps4 version of FF15 doesnt save the file? I remember I had to restart all my progress once as well. It's really frustrating, so best of luck to you! Hopefully you find it :)

I player this game, but not just for early cause my potato PC cant handle the windows edition.. can i ask why people said half of the game Will not open world? And change into straight boring repetitive game?? Cause i think the early game are good and the character (noctis and his friend) are good, or its maybe because i like anime? Lol
There's a lot of interesting things in the world of FFXV, but a lot of people just play the game for the story. They don't really play to explore the world and do side missions, etc. That's probably one of the reasons as to why some people don't even bother with the open world, because they weren't satisfied with the story itself. That's just my guess though, I personally liked both the story and the game :)

Man he’s right tho, the game is a incoherent mess, gameplay bogs down to one button pressing, Ap skill trees feels like it barely has any merit to it, the story is a jumble mess and so much cut content. It’s ok to like the game, but it’s a mediocre mess
Going to miss the ff15 gang even the side characters like iris cindy arenae Cid Marshall etc this game if it wasn't rushed I believe could have been one if not the best game of all time I'm on my 4th playthrough in still having a blast it sad ff15 turn out the way it is but I'm glad we got what we got now I'm hyped for ff16 in see if it can deliver me that feeling as well I also currently playing ff7 crisis core

@@ॐIo I think it's the lighting. Especially the sunrise/sunset times and sunny daytime. I personally think XV has the best realtime lighting I've seen in a game. It even beats Forspoken which is absolutely bonkers as the latter runs on an updated version of 15s engine.
I have it on my ps5 as well but I can’t get it to look like this 😢 Performance it set to Lite mode because otherwise it kind of plays a bit laggy. Any tips?

I play on the lite mode, when you go into the game settings there is an option for that. The lite mode enables the framerate to become 60 fps rather than 30fps.

The art of this game is really great, but the party battle system and some story parts, in some ways, are weak.

I'm confused you can start new save files and speak with unbra to either fight ardyn or explore the open world @red dead turtle
It does have a ng+. New things are unlocked after you beat the game, such as the flying car.

I've always seen this game get a lot of criticism but I'm quite tempted to try it. It looks really fun!
People expected it to be something truly amazing and it just missed the mark in a lot of ways. It’s much more of a disappointing game than it is a bad game. If you weren’t around for the initial hype then you should be fine. It’s still a fun game.
I’d say with all the patches and updates this is easily 1 of the best final fantasy’s characters and lore wise

It’s easily my most played and replayed final fantasy. I plan on running through another new game plus before starting xvi even though there is no connection between the games lol

I completed those dungeons. Multiple times. That's where I truly learnt how the battle system actually works in this game. Before that I was playing like an idiot, spamming attacks and keeping a unending supply of elixirs and megaelixirs. This game gets a lot more fun once you realize how deep the combo system goes.
I totally agree with you on the battle system, I have only recently found out how fun that is.
I just love how the game allows you to control each character!
@@XianaDuke Asetoni_FFXV has some really detailed video guides on individual weapon combos, air combo extenders and breaking the damage limit. You might find very interesting stuff in his videos.
This game in concept was amazing but it was very unfinished for a lot of years. Gameplay was also lacking sadly but even now it looks gorgeous

So I just played through this again with HDR on. To get 60fps I had to play on lite mode. What setting you got it on out of curiosity?
Yes I also played on lite mode, it seems like the developers limited the fps to 30 on modes other than lite so even though the new gen can handle 60 plus fps its just limited in game.

@@XianaDuke Cool thought so. Performance mode was even more beautiful but a bit jittery. Playing ff7 remake with 60fps is a dream to play. Also if you haven't tried it yet the last of us 2 has 60fps option, amazing to play.

To this day we still haven't locked down whoever was responsible for forcing this game to be cut so horrendously. It could have been magnifieient. Even as a broken mess it was still hella funny, incredibly beautiful and quite long too..

I think the director wanted to meet the expectations of Versus XIII so he tried to make the FFXV Universe with the movie, anime and game all being a multimedia experience. That and they were still working on the Luminous engine. But it ended up hurting the game’s development.
Ff 15 shows what happen after the Dinosours went instinct. Lucis is Tokio Japan. The Flintstones from bed rock are the Lucians. Are people to blind to not understand History.
I have this but haven't really played it much. Couldn't get into the characters or the game play.
On Lite mode its 1080p 60fps
High is Dynamic 4K 30fps.
If I get the game I'll go with 4k because Anything sub 1440p looks bad on 4K TVs.
For XSX and i assume the same applies to PS5.
On a 4k tv Graphical wise lite mode looks AMAZING, I found playing on high graphics mode on a 4k tv weird for graphics and it had some graphical glitches along with the 30fps cap.

i played the game for 150 hours and deleted it. I downloaded it again today, all my save files are gone. It's ridiculous, what should I do? can anyone solve it?
@bitaminshi i just deleted it i didn't do anything else there is a 620 mb save file i uploaded them again but it doesn't work. ps4 btw
@@denizcalsganer2447 On PS5, the file is saved even after deleting the game. However there are a few older game models (like the remastered vers. of Loco Roco & Patapon on ps5) that dont do this. Perhaps the ps4 version of FF15 doesnt save the file?

I player this game, but not just for early cause my potato PC cant handle the windows edition.. can i ask why people said half of the game Will not open world? And change into straight boring repetitive game?? Cause i think the early game are good and the character (noctis and his friend) are good, or its maybe because i like anime? Lol
There's a lot of interesting things in the world of FFXV, but a lot of people just play the game for the story. They don't really play to explore the world and do side missions, etc. That's probably one of the reasons as to why some people don't even bother with the open world, because they weren't satisfied with the story itself. That's just my guess though, I personally liked both the story and the game :)

Going to miss the ff15 gang even the side characters like iris cindy arenae Cid Marshall etc this game if it wasn't rushed I believe could have been one if not the best game of all time I'm on my 4th playthrough in still having a blast it sad ff15 turn out the way it is but I'm glad we got what we got now I'm hyped for ff16 in see if it can deliver me that feeling as well I also currently playing ff7 crisis core

@@ॐIo I think it's the lighting. Especially the sunrise/sunset times and sunny daytime. I personally think XV has the best realtime lighting I've seen in a game. It even beats Forspoken which is absolutely bonkers as the latter runs on an updated version of 15s engine.
I have it on my ps5 as well but I can’t get it to look like this 😢 Performance it set to Lite mode because otherwise it kind of plays a bit laggy. Any tips?

I don't understand, final fantasy 15 is slow at performance quality on PS5, how is yours smooth and high quality?
I play on the lite mode, when you go into the game settings there is an option for that.
The lite mode enables the framerate to become 60 fps rather than 30fps.
