My dad once said to me about my mum,,, that she would always be 18years old in his eyes..... He really never noticed her ageing at all.. They were married 64 years sadly no longer with us,,,, but now I'm 70 I understand what he meant its not about how you look,,, its about who you are inside, that's what shines out... Very interesting…..I think looking back we don’t always know all the reasons we fancy someone. I think it’s looks but along with personality which is so important and how someone treats you…..I feel very lucky having been married for nearly 43 years and still going strong though with many ups and downs along the way.
