Hey everyone! I was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease and felt like I was running out of options. But after watching videos like this and doing my research, I decided to try hibiscus tea, drink plenty of water, and incorporate light exercises into my daily routine. It's been a few months, and I just got the news that my kidney disease has improved to stage 2! I can't express how grateful and hopeful I feel. If you're struggling, don't lose faith. Natural remedies and lifestyle changes can truly make a difference. Keep believing and stay consistent!

As someone who has battled both diabetes and chronic kidney disease for years, finding ways to manage both has been challenging. However, incorporating turmeric and ginger tea into my routine has brought significant improvements. My fasting blood sugar levels have dropped from 150 mg/dL to 110 mg/dL, and my creatinine levels have decreased from 2.5 mg/dL to 1.8 mg/dL. The anti-inflammatory properties of these spices are incredible. For anyone dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend giving this tea a try. The numbers don't lie, and the benefits are real!

Thank you for sharing your experience, GG. It's unfortunate that your kidney issues weren't addressed sooner, but it's great to hear you're seeking out a new specialist.
Stage 4 CKD can be challenging, especially when dealing with additional health concerns like diabetes and joint pain. Your upcoming appointment with the new kidney doctor is a crucial step. In the meantime, have you found any particular strategies or lifestyle changes that have helped with your joint pain or overall well-being? Your insights could be beneficial for others in similar situations.
Wishing you the best with your appointment and your health journey!

I eat dandelion salad all the time ,I buy a bunch from the supermarket and boil them good and after I add olive oil and lemon ...I prefer the salad cold but it's up to you

❤😊 I eat it raw, and go foraging for it. Dandilions are easy to find, and those from grocery stores likely have been sprayed with pesticides. I prefer organic. I prefer the big large leaves, over tender new ones. Dandilion greens also help detox the liver, among other benefits.

That sounds like a refreshing way to enjoy dandelion greens! Boiling them before adding olive oil and lemon is a great idea. Have you noticed any specific health benefits or changes in how you feel since incorporating dandelion salad into your diet?

@PureNutrition101 so far I've been trying to eat greens for about 6 weeks and I keep the dandelion salad in the fridge and have it as a side dish with my meals. I didn't like it at first but now I do. I dropped weight and my gut problems are gone ,acid reflex, bloating ect.
It's important to get organic dandelion and if you don't find them I soak them in water with baking soda before I boil them cause I heard it cleans the pesticides. Some people also drink the water they use to boil the greens ,I tried it but it was bitter but you could add it and sweetened it in a smoothy

If your hypertension is due to veins/arteries blocked by calcium (as mine were), vitamin K2 is the answer. My BP went from 175 to 130 in two months, with only one pill of vitamin K2 a day.

That's amazing to hear! Vitamin K2 can indeed help with calcium regulation. Have you noticed any other benefits from taking K2? Your experience could be really helpful for others in our community!
