@@brandonbeddows5101 brandon, im paying for the house as is. i would have to reconfigure the bathrooms to add tubs. thats more money. its not like leaving a washer/dryer hook up to put machines there. adding tubs where there was none is expensive.
Wow, covered garage for 6 cars - can't say I've seen that too often - selling for $3,850,000 - you certainly get alot of space for the money - very elegant - Cheers
@@spicynomad - Hi Rere - was wondering what you meant by 'anyway it's Canada' - all our homes have tubs, sometimes two - this home is quite unusual and perhaps the home was custom built and these were the specifications of the owner - just a thought
@@MSGC55 hi marnelle, im an investor not a developer yet and ive seen homes all over the world. we share the continent with south america and i noticed building codes vary. my statement was in jest but not really. if you look across my country at luxury homes, they are sometimes choppy and without thought. no wonder they have a hard time selling. the home has to have some kind of standard based on price point, dont you think?

Those non- legal bedrooms in the basement ( no windows) would have been better suited as one large game room. Other than that, the house is beautiful...spacious and opulent!
The main house has one small living room next to the kitchen.. the other two main reception rooms off the hallway is a huge dining room and a massive bedroom🤔 This sort of house shoud have three main living rooms alone. Upstairs is a mess one side of the house dedicated to one principal bedroom the pink room) with an walk in wardrobe for one principle bedroom alone? The other side of the house has an en-suite bathroom that’s shared with the house..🤣 I do like the loft. 👌🏼 I liked the sitting room in the basement. But the bedrooms have no windows I just thought fire hazard. It’s a nice house i liked the kitchen. But It’s not very comfortable or liveable to me..🤷🏻♀️

Looks good from far but far from good once you get up close and inside with all the quirky design layouts and finish. Why would you want a master bedroom on the main floor off the entrance way accessed through glass doors? The open rung staircase seems out of place in a home that is trying to be traditional. The windowless basements bedrooms don't make sense or seem safe to me nor does the basement spa. What's with the sitting room off of the steam and sauna? I would have put a large hot tub in that area and finish the room so it actually looks like a spa. This home doesn't have what is called "good bones". Any potential buyer would need to have the same tastes as the person who built/owns this property which is to say not very high standards in taste.
I'm ok with master bedroom on the first floor. But the toilet next to the jacuzzi in the master bathroom is stupid. It should be behind a separate door, to the left of the shower room. And a double glass door - another stupid thing. The upper bedrooms are very strange and uncomfortable. Although I liked the loft. Lower level layout is a complete mess. What about that sitting room next to staircase with two armchairs in it and nothing more? And who needs that small office with only a desk and tv? Then you definitely need a small built-in ceramic finish pool next to sauna (instead of steam room) and sitting room in a spa should be also made with wooden finishing.
Many different styles going on,from Greek to Victorian,to modern. I still think it's beautiful.
The bedroom off the front entrance, between the den and living room...just, why?
there is only 1 tub in the entire house. at this price point there should be a separate tub/shower in every wing on every floor.
I agree!
To be fair if you're buying a house like this you should be able to afford to renovate a bathtub... it's not that hard or expensive

Who needs more than one bath tub?!
Beautiful 🏠, but there should be more than one tub in the entire house, like another commenter said.

well they saved a lot of money by not adding tubs in the bathroom. anyway its canada.

lol, its canada. im not sure if they have the same building codes as they do here in the U.S.
Could be but I like it...and I don't know either is has permission for those 4 bedrooms on the basement...love the rooms but for ne is too luxurious
This is Canada - they might not have the same legal requirements for basements
I would be like the Clampetts if I tried to live in that house.
😆😅🤣
😂😂😂😂
A wonderful huge luxury house... Stupenda Villona Canadese...

So beautifully

All this splendor and space just to casually slide a commode next to a double jacuzzi tub. No water closet, really?
I also noticed that and thought the same thing. 😊

So much wrong yet so much right in this house. I’m conflicted 😐
