Its disgusting, our child's school sent a post out calling out a few acts of vandalism regarding an isra hell flag and basically pointed a finger at all of us and said we are preaching intolerance, 60 angry emails later they held a meeting and apologised, on Monday they had a fundraiserfor Gaza and donated to Ummah welfare trust £1050 alhamdullilah, everyone needs to continue to raise voices, we can make small differences.

I live close to a school and I see students all the time depending on time. And I see the students with the colours of Gaza. And this is a mixed school, majority whit school. So schools allow it. Disgusting behaviour. There’s no need to accept this behaviour. Please contact your local authorities and report the teacher and social services. This behaviour from adults towards a child in an educational setting is unacceptable.
I would also report the incident to Ofsted and ask for the staff to be investigated.

I am a British muslim, i dont mean im of asian origin and born here, i mean i am born to white british athiest parents, i can trace my ancestry back at least 300 years on my mums side, i never even considered that religion is something to determine the way our country is ruled, it doesnt have any place in our laws anymore and i dont think it really should, but isnt that what makes "are" country great? We can be anyone, believe anything, feel anyway we want without opression, so when it comes to this, this horrible feeling of helplessness for those torn apart by war, our beautiful country allows us the right to express how we feel, you may not like my religion or maybe its the colour of skin associated with it, but you dont have to have religion or even like religion at all to have empathy. This video made me sure to believe my instincts and fully trust what my 6 year old says about her teachers being NOT HELPFUL & DELIBERATELY IGNORING BULLYING AROUND HER though they knew she is vulnerable as a new kid to the class. Several times I talked to this n that and they kept on ignoring unless one day I burst out. I now, fully trust what my kid says about her teachers! I previously thought she was being over-sensitive.

Trust your child. My child has been claiming for the last year or so the teachers are racist. I ignored her too. Only for several things to happen that confirmed it for me. My kids wearing Palestinian attire was the cherry on top. Listen to your child and write it all down. You can take it to the local authority after making an official complaint. I'm afraid racism and islamaphobia is rife in schools and it is usually the head and or deputy who enforce the views. Other teachers either agree or too scared to lose their jobs.
Back when i was at school the teachers had stern talks with pupils who bullied other kids, now they do just do nothing, and it does seem like teachers are quite bully-like these days. I'm saying this because i'm in a bunch of home-ed groups on fb, and so many kids are removed from school by their parents because the schools do nothing about bullying, all around the country, and they don't support SEN kids it seems, it's all such a shame.
All what they do now is start calling her name over-excitingly as soon as they see me at pick-up time and it all seems so fake. Literally.every.single.day. But when we go home my kid starts weeping that she is still getting bullied and school ignored her. One day she needed calpol for neck sprain, my husband informed the staff in the morning, my kid informed thrice to her teacher as I assured her you ll be listened to n she was told: its not my job to relieve your sprain! Even I called the office to check if my kid is doing okay they said we received no complaints of any pain from her class. When I picked her up she was all crying and said no one listened to me. I was furious i went back to office after gp visit and talked straight. Next day they called me to clarify here n there but I refused to agree to them.
Your child is never wrong. Don’t ever insult children over other people&tell them off. They will hide worse things in future.

This is not about anti-semitism but about Islamophobia.
The sheer audacity of these people to tell Palestinians that they can not grieve, or be proud of their heritage, or fight for the lives of their own people who’re being slaughtered, 🤚🏻 people act like what’s going on, is happening to them. Palestinians are loosing everything, homes, land, FAMILY, how dare they!?

A child expressing his emotions should be treated with compassion, not as a criminal! If it was for security matters, the principal should have shown him some sympathy, explained that it might cause problems, and asked him to take it off with a warning letter to the parent instead of embarrassing him like that in front of the entire school, he looks terrified because of the harsh treatment! Could the rest of the world please remember the value of their children's innocence and emotions?

The UK nation is based on colonialism and apartheid. And the Palestinians have been suffering under UK colonization since they took control in 1918 and started Exterminating them. Around 1 minute 30 seconds, mention of Ukraine flag was allowed, and now palestinian flag not allowed therefore double standards.
The war in Ukraine has not caused any conflict within the UK. It does not cause a problem for pupils in primary schools.
HOWEVER, as is typical with islam versus anything, in this case islam versus israel, palestinian supporters have mobilised primary school children to protest and be involved. This has led to an increase in antisemitism and hate crimes within the UK. As such schools are rightly enforcing that primary schools should not be involved.
Leaders of muslim organisations and mosques: please help stop this. Encourage integration within the UK. Encourage a respect for the laws and customs of this country, that has allowed you to live here and practice your faith.
Let's not wait until there is a strong backlash against all things muslim. Remember that islam is only the religion of 7% of the UK population, but causes the most horrendous violence and constant problems for the other 93% !
